Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hudson I-94, an IHG Hotel

Very nice hotel for family with free breakfast. Pool was smaller but we still enjoyed it very much.

very professional and caring staff that showed great sensitivity amidst my stay during a family bereavement.

Clean and friendly. My grandchildren loved the pool and spa.

Hotel was very clean and breakfast was good and plenty. Was a very quiet hotel while we stayed. Pool was great for kids. Front desk staff was courteous añd helpful.

I stayed here with my husband and kids (a toddler and an infant). On the morning of check out, I called and asked for a late check out- I had an appointment in Stillwater at 930 and didn’t want to bring my family if I didn’t have to. They said we could check out at noon. I left for my appointment and my husband and kids stayed in the room. I returned from the appointment around 11 and we were out of our room about 1120. I received a voicemail at 1126 from the front desk stating that they heard kids crying and that it was “not okay to leave babies unattended in the room and that I needed to promptly return.” First of all, we had left the hotel by the time they called. And secondly, my children were NEVER left alone in the room at any point during our stay. Further more, no one ever bothered to knock on the room door to see if there was an adult present that morning, which there was (my husband…). I immediately called back but was never offered an apology for their assumption. Disappointing and embarrassing.
