Port Wisconsin Inn and Suites

This hotel had no compassion for myself or my family when we were waiting for my husband's .who is also father, grandfather and a great grandfather. His ashes didn't arrive..We all panicked. Two days later the ashes were found. In all this confusion and heartache no one canceled our reservation. I didnt realize until the charge came Through. Since we actually made the reservation through Expedia. We had to contact them. We were told by them "It is the hotel policy not to refund a no show ". I explained the situation .Expedia said they couldn't do it there rules.I do understand but I can't afford another $267 when we can gather all the family to do my husband's memorial. We planned on disbursing his ashes.The fact neither big ole company's would have a little compassion after our great loss.

I wanted a nice relaxing night away from the kids and busy go go life, just one night of sleep to myself. The hotel was under construction and they started at 5:30am…. They should restrict their crews between 9a-5p….. terrible Super disappointed and a waste of money

convenient for visits to family. on this trip, the TV did not work, the drains ran slow the shower head was worn or broken causing it to spray off to the side over the curtain. the exterior lock which allowed entrance from the south end of the parking lot was broken so that anyone could get in without a key card. The clerk was made aware of these things and did not offer any solution other than to mention it to maintenance at her next opportunity.
