Very nice hotel. Front desk was often unattended, though, so check-in took a while. There was some kind of sports tournament in the area, so there were quite a few loud kids/parents in the lobby and hallway, but the room actually stayed somewhat considering how loud it was in the hall. Would definitely come back.

While a good location in Neenah, I asked for a quiet room, yet was given one across from the elevator. I was up all night. College kids and a wedding party were up all night. Awful.

We were here for our daughters wedding. Staff was unprepared for the bridal party room which was planned for many months ago. Dinner service for the wedding itself was definitely substandard. Dinner was supposed to be at 6 pm . The head table was served family style and most of their food was cold, The rest of us had wilted warm lettuce salads at out tables with no salad dressings. By 630 pm I noticed food in the buffet line but no directions for guests to begin serving themselves. Some of that food was also cold. Worst wedding food service I’ve ever experienced!

Fire alarm at 5:30 AM, no good. Kids running halls throughout night. Kids r kids, I’m okay w that part

Stay was friendly, rooms were quiet, multiple recreational and dining options in walking distance. Our extended family came in from all over the country for a large family event off property and the hotel met our needs. We will definitely stay here again whenever come back home.

We were there for a family event ion town. Checked in to our room, dropped off luggage, and headed right out. Got back late, went to bed, Got up, showered and left. Not there long enough to give a fair rating. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Upon checking in we were told that our room was no longer available. This was incredibly frustrating as we should have been called prior to check-in and told that our room was not available. We were then shown around the hotel for other available rooms- and told we could have one of those rooms “at no additional charge”. However, we’d reserved their junior sweet which was their most expensive room- and were told the manager would give us some type of “credit” at check out. When we checked out the manager was not available and we were told we would still be getting a credit of the managers choosing- and that we could request a call back. Once we were called back, the credit was not equivalent the the difference of the room we stayed in vs what we were supposed to have. Still waiting on a call from the manager to discuss this. Property was dirty, spiderwebs and dust everywhere. Would NOT recommend staying here, nor will we be returning.

My daughter and son had there son and he ended up in the nicu they helped us so much there was a discount since there child was at childrens and my grandson got out early and they refunded us rest if stay WE WILL BE BACK one of the best hotels around !

It was a quick trip to see family during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. It was great to be able to use the swimming pool and hot tub.
