The only negative was loud kids chasing each other down halls and banging doors, but fortunately that ended by bed time. A sign about keeping kids quiet in the hallways might help. Otherwise a great stay.

Really great stay with family meeting up from out of town. Pool was great for the full age range 4-13. Rooms were clean and spacious. Included breakfast was great. Staff was incredibly friendly!

We arrived to the lobby where the clerk was on the phone. This person did not acknowledge us for 10 minutes. After 10 minures she acknowledged us to say that she was on the phone. We asked if she could just check us in quick and put the other person on hold. She then said that we were being fussy and started to berate us. I then said we just want to get checked in, we have kids in the car, youve been on the phone for 10 minutes, please just put them on hold to check us in. My wife and i were in complete shock and just said this is ridiculous. I couldn't believe it. I wont be staying here again. The absolute worst service I've had at any hotel in my life.

The pool was perfect for little kids but the area around the pool was super gross. Lots of garbage and other yucky stuff on the floor.

I could not regulate the temp in our room so it ended up being too warm. We found trash in the room and under couch cushions when we pulled out the sleeper in the sofa. Breakfast was OK though no one came to replenish items during the morning rush. Pool facility was nice and kids enjoyed that. Hotel was quiet and besides the temps being warmer than we like, we slept well.

The property had a nice location. The staff members were nice and accommodating and my son loved the kids pool. Our room was also pretty clean. Although there were all these positives our negatives outweighed the positives. We arrived at the property around 7:45pm. After getting all settled in our room and feeding my kids we realized the heat wasn’t working. We talked to staff and they offered us a new room but moving two kids under the age of three is not ideal at 10:30 at night. The next morning we noticed our fridge freezer was froze over so we couldn’t put anything in there and our tub took forever to drain so people had to wait a good amount of time before the next person could shower. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool but the first day we went to go use it the pool was closed because something was found in the pool. The second morning we stayed the free breakfast was very picked over. No forks, watered down juice, no syrup, no bread for toast, not many yogurt options etc. The tables and high chairs were not very clean either. An adult in our party had to go let the front desk know before anyone came to restock.

It is a hidden gem in Johnson Creek. A little ways out of town, but worth the drive. Quiet and spacious. As a family of five we slept comfortably. Would stay there again!

I stayed for the 4th of July 2023. I originally booked online with a credit card, Monday July 3rd through the 5th. My family wanted me to go sooner so I had to do a separate booking for Sunday July 2nd because they didn’t have my same hotel room available for that extra night, which was fine. When we first go to the hotel, I checked in and told her that I wanted to pay with cash for my whole stay, she said that was fine and that they take all of the payments after your stay. I got into the hotel room, there was a big crack in the wall where the door opens on the backside in the hotel room, comfort was okay but cleaning could have been better. I like that it was dog friendly, but the whole couch was so filled with dog hair that we didn’t want to even use it. Since we had to move rooms the next day, I called the front desk to tell them that we were already staying, so that we maybe didn’t have to wait again until checkin. They said they would tell the morning person to do our room first. It was about 2 o’clock when they called to let me know our next room was ready. I checked in for that room and the person said that they take the payment upfront, which I was really confused by since the first Lady told me they do it after the stay is done. I never was asked for my cash after my first stay so I asked him about it and they had already charged it onto my card I guess. I was able to pay with cash for my second room but he had first told me that I couldn’t because I booked online.
