Best Western Eau Claire South

We had a great stay - Very friendly folks who graciously allowed us to use the laundry a few hours before we were set to check-in. The only problem was getting the lazy kids up fro breakfast 😉!

Did not actually stay, I understand I booked through Expedia and the hotel itself will not issue a refund because if that. I called simply because I have stayed at this hotel many times and planed to again. However, after booking my room, I found out a family member’s health took a drastic turn for the worse and I immediately had to head home. I called the hotel with hopes they would just issue a voucher for me to stay in the future as I’m in town often for business. They respectfully declined, which is their policy, and was expected. I would hope for a reconsideration in issuing a voucher for a future stay. If not I understand, I just may stay elsewhere in the future. Property itself is nice.
