The hotel is very nice. The pool was freezing and we didn’t realize till the second day that you have to press a button to turn on the little kid pool features. Breakfast was good but on the higher end price wise. Over all everything was great minus the cold pool and paper thin walls. Great for the price though!

Great place to stay with kids. Pool is great with space for younger and older kids. Half the pool is 1.5 ft or less. The cafe has delicious breakfast options for purchase with generous portions. Staff is wonderful. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

The room was so spacious and clean! The pool area was my favorite. Hot tub clean and big! Pool for adults and kids. Everything was clean at this hotel! I would stay again!

Front desk member, Melissa, at check in was very friendly and personable. Made sure to get family member room close to ours and even gave cousin a nice gift bag for her birthday. The property itself is clean for the most part, but a little worn/dated i.e. lobby furniture showed a lot of wear, couch in bedroom had noticeable fraying and the couch had lots of crumbs inside. Bathroom was very nice with large shower. Overall nice experience. Pool area was nice for the kids, but air was very hot/humid, while the pool water was on the cool side.

This hotel did not have a bath tub and we needed one since we were bringing infants. When asked to switch they said I would have to call hotels.com and it would cost more money. Not very good. I will never book using hotels.com again

The hotel was perfect for traveling with small children because they have a great pool that our children really enjoyed. Really appreciated the fact that the staff went above and beyond for us. My husband and I were planning a trip to the Taste of Madison when our sitter had to cancel at the last minute. We couldn't change our hotel room choice from a king-size bed to two queen beds due to the fact that we booked on hotels.com so the staff moved us to a room that had a pull-out sofa bed and even brought in a roll-away bed. I thought that was a great example of customer service! Way to go Courtyard Marriott.
