SpringHill Suites by Marriott Madison

Was in town visiting family Spotless,Very handicapped friendly garage parking less than 50 feet from front door 11th floor view huge walk in shower with several spray settings 5 Stars

We had a wonderful stay at this new, clean, fresh and modern hotel. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The check-in receptionist was very nice and the kids had fun in the pool. Highly recommend!

Stay with my family of 4 as well as bro-in-law & niece. We all fit comfortably in a 2 queen & sofa bed. Like brand new hotel, asked if we wanted top floor with a view or low. Worth the view. Tremendous breakfast, dry nice & clean, great fitness center. Close to shopping and essentials. Short drive to downtown, capital & concert we were attending. Definitely perfect for our staycation.

Overall, this was a beautiful high rise property in the middle of the city. A little difficult to find and navigate to get there, but the rooms were great! Our room had a great view of the surrounding hills and Lake Mendota, since we were on the top floor. My only suggestion might be to include a mirror and sink by the kitchen area so that if one family member was in the bathroom, the other would have a spot to get ready. Also, the pool heater was not working during our stay, and the grandkids were disappointed that they couldn’t go 2 out of our 3 day stay. However, we were compensated (by Expedia or the hotel, I’m not sure who) and received some money back for that inconvenience. Overall I was very happy with our stay. I just love these suites! Great breakfast too!

This is the best hotel we stayed around UW Madison Campus. I was going to give a perfect 10 but I got annoyed with the 3 employees standing at the breakfast area.Not helpful at all. I asked for help and they just stared at me . They can be a little helpful and nicer with the other guests too . The buffet breakfast was good! The manager was amazing! The receptionist gave a graduation cap filled with candies for the newly grads and they had an area for photo op for graduates and their families. Very thoughtful!

Loved the room and it’s size; fit our two toddler plus a pack and play easily. Hotel lobby and halls were nice. Cleanliness/housekeeping left something to be desired. Two black curly hairs in shower and then noticed there were lots of hairs stuck to the inner shower liner - gross!! Also no soap and not enough towels - had to go to front desk to get some.

Stayed during the holidays because the family accommodations fell through. Instead of feeling disappointed at not being on-site with my relatives, I was so comfortable, the rooms were so clean and well-appointed, the breakfast was delicious. It was a surprise Christmas present I didn’t expect.
