My sister in law and I stayed here for one night to visit family and go to the Saturday Farmers Market. Hotel was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and great location to Capitol, UW-Madison and State St. Very impressed with ease of check in, check out, and parking using text messages. Will definitely recommend to others.

We're staying at several hotels on our trip across multiple citys, and this was by far the nicest, cleanest, and most comfortable.
Lewis checked us in and treated us like family, making our stay much more enjoyable.

The Madison Concourse is a great choice to stay when visiting the area. The hotel is spotless. The rooms are decorated in a classic, tasteful manner. The pool area is very clean and pleasant. The staff is efficient and friendly. I have stayed here twice, and will continue to come back when I visit family in Madison.

Bedding was comfortable, room too small for our family with older kids. Shower was so strong! Lack of hooks made it hard to hang stuff and towel for reuse. Swimming pool and hot tub was great but got busy on a Friday night with multiple families and little kids running around. Food was great and reasonably priced.

My wife and I needed a quick getaway in the middle of the holidays without kids. The Madison Concourse was great! It's right on the square and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. The staff is friendly, room is clean and the Governors Lounge was much appreciated. We will definitely be back.

I was not pleased with my check-in or check-out service. The guest service was supposed to be superb at this location per their own information. After hiking through the larger vehicle ramp with our belongings and arriving at the front entrance, we were not greeted by anyone at all. We were ignored by both guest service providers. I stepped up to the service counter and was checked in, only to find that our room number was not given to us or written anywhere once we arrived at the floor we were told to go to. I then had to return back to the lobby and leave my family sitting in the hallway with all of our things. The room was clean for the most part, except the leftover hairs in the shower. The linens were fantastic though! The pool area was clean, but had a very strong chlorine smell and the hot tub was over flowing with foam, which leads me to believe the ph levels were dangerously off. The door to the room had a large gap when closed which was very uncomfortable since people could literally see inside it they looked through. We left very early in the morning, and headed down to the lobby where we were rudly ignored by two different guest service providers. I again had to approach them and asked if we could use the express check out or if they'd prefer us to check out right then. They both looked at me clueless. I redirected my question to the other gentlemen who shrugged and said that should be fine. We received better customer service at the Khalahari the night before.

Great location next to the capitol and state street. Hotel was nice, but unpretentious, and seemed suitable for our family with school age kids. The pool and game area was also nice.

We were the only there for the night. Everything is very nice. Beautiful hotel and would definitely recommend it.
We did stop in the bar for a nightcap which was also nice. The only negative impression I have is of one of the bartender’s. He should probably learn to deescalate an angry/offensive guest rather than escalate/egg on the guest. The confrontation came extremely close to a physical fight and I was concerned about my and the safety of my friends and family. Thankfully the guests friends got him into the elevator even as the bartender was still yelling at him.

We checked in with 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. Our pull out bed for the kids had no bedding. We travel often, this is very uncommon. Called the front desk they said they’d get us bedding. Half hour later, still no bedding, had to call again. No apologies just passing the buck on whose fault it was. Won’t be back.
