We had a great stay at the Comfort Inn at Black River Falls. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. We asked for extra sheets for the pull out bed and got them right away. The kids had an absolute blast in the pool.

Our rooms floor was soaked when we arrived. The front desk agent was great but then later, about an hour into the stay we noticed the peep hole in the door was backwards and you could see everything in our room!!! The whole situation made me feel uneasy as a single parent with young/ tween children

Our stay was pleasant from the start. The gal who checked us in was genuinely friendly and just a breath of fresh air compared to what i usually get at check ins. The hotel roon was clean, the breakfast typical of a hotel breakfast. It was a comfortable stay woth the kids. The kid area in the pool is always great for the littles!

The only thing I want to say is the kiddie pool is filthy!! So is the hottub and surrounding it. Neither are clean and it sad because everything else is great.

Hotel staff was nice. Room was dirty, thankfully always take my own cleaning supplies. Toilet had not been cleaned. Obvious evidence of previous user. Odd smell in room. My entire family left there coughing.

They have an indoor pool that has rooms that you can walk right out to. I like that the pool closes for kids at 9pm and adults can stay in until midnight.

Hotel was updated, clean, and close to beginner ski area for young kids. The double-queen poolside suite was great, and there was plenty of room to unload wet ski gear, manage 5 wet bathing suits, and still have enough space for a comfortable evening (not to mention comfortable beds). Sliding glass door opened up to the deck of the pool area, which included hot tub, a shallow pool for small kids, and a larger pool w/ basketball rim. Kitchenette w/ microwave, sink & refrigerator topped off a great place to spend new year's eve with the family! Couldn't have been better, and the price was right too! Well worth the 2.5 hour drive to get there.
