The only thing we didn't care for was that our room adjacent to the pool, so we could clearly hear screaming kids and the activities in the pool. It was quiet when the pool hours were over.

Spent one night, met friends & family in Ashland. Hotel location is really amazing, site views of the lake were amazing.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was awesome! The view is great, especially at night. Parking was a little difficult. The lot was full every night we came back. The furniture needs some repair/updating really bad. However the bed was really comfortable. I was never able to connect my laptop to the wireless service and no one could help me. Because we have family in the area, we will probably still come back because it was better than other places we stayed at.

This is a fantastic hotel. It’s clean, has really good breakfast, my kids absolutely loved the pool, and the staff was wonderful. It’s also right on the lake so it’s just really beautiful!! Can’t wait to stay again!

We went on a family trip (5 family's total, 14 people). The place was perfect for us. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. There was a Mexican restaurant across the parking lot. There were rooms that opened up to the pool area that two of our family groups enjoyed! The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! If we travel to the Apostle Islands again We would definitely stay again. The one thing that needed improving on would be all the goose droppings peppering the court yard area! 9.5/10, because of the courtyard area only!

I like the location on Lake Superior. THe staff was very helpful and curteous, Rooms clean, very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice views. Our family enjoyed the chairs by the lake and the fire pit.
