Staff was rude and doesn’t like kids. Room was pretty cramped. Bathroom was tiny and floor looked gross.

We really enjoy our stay here. When we come to Hurley/Ironwood to visit family, this is always our choice.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Every member of the staff we had contact with was polite, friendly, and helpful. My kids (8, 11, 14) enjoyed the pool. The breakfast area had a lot of options (we enjoyed the waffles) and the employee in the breakfast area kept everything well stocked throughout the morning. We had breakfast at 6:30 one morning and 9:30 the next and both times everything was stocked. I was worried that the 9:30 selection would be lacking but it was not. I will definitely be staying here again if we ever have to go back to the area.

The breakfast was good. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. Didn’t realize there is NO ELEVATOR. Pool area could use more lighting. It was very dark in the evening. The back entrances, halls and stairwells reeked of marijuana. The second day there we found suspicious packages in our room and called authorities. Our room was searched and we were questioned. Mind you, we were there for a wedding and traveling with a toddler! We were just glad that we found it before my grandson did!!! The front desk didn’t offer anything and acted like it was no big deal. Very disappointing!

Beds aren't bad and pool is nice. Lighting is terrible. Room walls are thin. A maintence lady was oddly worried about there being glass on the entrance floor. I had my toddler walking around one morning and she came up frantically saying he didnt have shoes on and that there was a sign on the door that either was warning of glass or a no shoes no service sign, I was already annoyed and didn't care what she was trying to say but I saw no sign. Overall, I've certainly stayed in better places for less but probably one of the best options for the area.
