Front desk staff were incredibly rude. We attempted smiling and kindness, but she was even horrible to the kids. I would not recommend.

Very clean. Average sized room. Nice pool area with hot tub and sauna. Air hockey table, billiards, and claw machine indicating should-be family friendliness. Breakfast fine. Had waffle maker which is always a plus. Staff not friendly if you have kids. A smile goes a long way. Never saw one from either front desk employee. We won't be back.

Hotel and room were very welcoming and comfortable. The bed was firm and very comfy. Pool area was a fun setup for kids and adults alike with a game area including pool table, air hockey, and two game machines. Hot tub was perfect temperature and pool was nice and warm. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Great assortment for continental breakfast and nice seating area. Will go back again!

Only one person working the front desk so check in took way to long. Room was very small. Breakfast went until 10 am and by 9:30 when my kids and I were going everything was gone and they weren't restocking anything. Dissatisfied for the price for one night it was more like a motel 6.

Me and my family always stay at the AmericInn in Two Harbors whenever we visit the area. I personally did not find the beds and pillows comfortable, but I think that’s just me and my personal preference. We will stay here again!
