Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moundsville, an IHG Hotel

Amazing service. Michelle took excellent care of us as if we were her own family coming to stay. She is truly gifted at what she does.

We enjoyed our stay here...hotel was very clean, room service was great, my kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot breakfast :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and well maintained ~ many rooms looked modern and up to date. We stayed here while visiting the West Virginia Penitentiary in Moundsville. I was traveling with my husband and 15 month old daughter. We asked if the hotel store sold any milk to drink for her bedtime routine, and while they didn't, the front desk staff immediately went into the back and got us a cup. It may sound lile a small thing, but it saved us a trip back out after a long day on the road to buy some ourselves. This kind of hospitality was present through out our stay at the hotel. One staff member in particular, David, took the time to talk with us and made us feel incredibly welcome while we were there. The hotel also offers a complimentary dinner every Wednesday night, something which I've never seen before at other hotels. While we did not get to try it ourselves due to a picky toddler, it both looked and smelled delicious. This hotel was our favorite place we stayed at throughout our road trip through West Virginia. Would definitely recommend it as a place to stay and would stay there again if we are in the area.

This was a last minute stay due to family matter. Nice new room. Had a fee nacho bar in the evening and very nice breakfast in the morning. This was probably the cleanest and best breakfast bar at any Hol Inn Express that I have stayed in.
