Booked for the night specifically to use the pool for our kids and it was shut down. We had to leave and book a new room at the Hampton. Same price and much nicer! Only got an apology but no refund.

If possible you should try and separate single folks from families… the family next door and upstairs were extremely noisy.. I understand.. I work with children all week.. but I was here for business and needed a little bit more quiet

Quick one-night stay as a stopover point for a long drive. Checked in after midnight. Friendly staff, clean public areas and rooms, quiet night, great buffet breakfast. Only complain was the rhinoceros stomping in the room above me at 0600... but that's no fault of the hotel itself. Would happily stay here again if passing thru Elkins or visiting the area with my family

Clean, service was good. Was noisy. Could hear everything - people walking upstairs, kids yelling in the hallway, every time someone got ice from several rooms away from the ice machine.
