Legends Casino Hotel

Booked a room for 3 adults and 2 children. Arrived to find only two queen beds. Called and requested a cot, which they said they could do. Waited 2 hours and called down to the desk and was told they can't do a cot in that room because housekeeping says it is a fire hazard. I asked how this room was supposed to work and they asked if I wanted extra sheets and pillows. I said so one of us can sleep on your nasty floor. They said yes, sorry. I said this was unacceptable and asked for a manager. The manager then said that they didn't catch the room participants in advance but there was nothing they could do. So I took the extra bedding. Housekeeping showed up and the poor kid said do you want me to try again for a cot, my manager said no but I'll try. Never heard another thing. When I checked out they said I would get my receipt from Expedia and couldn't provide me a receipt. So who knows what I'm being charged for as they wanted $35 for a cot I never received. I will be reaching out to the manager when I'm back home but would not recommend staying here. They couldn't even call up and tell us a cut want coming it took me to initiate.

Really enjoyed staying here! We have mad 3 trips to the area and I wish I had known about this place sooner! The hotel was very clean, room was nice, staff was great, the food was really good - everything. It's a little out of the way for where we needed to be, but was wealth worth it for the price paid, the amenities and feeling safe. The only thing I didn't know ahead of time is it is a "dry" facility. I have never been to a casino where they don't serve alcohol nor are you allowed to bring it onto the premises at all. It would not have been a deal breaker for me had I known ahead of time, just annoying. One nice thing is the hotel pool is adults only after 9pm and they did enforce this while we were there! It was kinda nice to not have a bunch of kids screaming and running around when trying to relax a bit.

Our stay was great. My kids had fun going to the pool. The room was clean

The room was big and clean kinda had a smell in the bathroom coming from drain but it was very nice my wife and I can't wait to go back by ourselves without the kids

I was not able to check in and tried to give the room to another family member. I was not able to conract anyone ,anywhere to help.

We could not get into our room until 5pm. We arrived at 245 to be told our room would be 15 minutes. We went back at 330 and they said another 30 minutes and when we returned at 445 it still took till 5pm. We then got in and got dinner and fire alarm went off and we were stuck in pjs in the parking lot for over an hour. There was no communication on what to do during the alarm. There was so many kids on our floor running up and down the hall at all hours, we tried to call down to the desk but our phone didn’t work. This casino resort is also dry so no options for a drink even in your room. I was very disappointed in my stay.

While others express dislike for being a dry (no alcohol) and non-smoking casino, for my family, the food, pool, clean rooms, along with noted restrictions were truly what we needed to feel at peace, safe, and welcome.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and good family environment

I just loved how they made you feel like family. You never had to lift a finger, they were always able and willing to help make sure your stay was comfortable. Valet parking for my disabled husband. It was just a wonderful experience. Will DEFINITELY be staying again!!!

It was horrible from the beginning. Room wasn't available at check in time 3pm. Was told I'd be called when it was ready. 630pm I was called. 4 kids in 94° heat not ok and no updates from them. Management did nothing to help at all other then suggest I fill out a complaint form and that came directly from Casino Manager Bryan at The Legends. Nothing has been done to fix this issue. My kids were upset cause pool was closed to minors once we got checked in. I suggest not to stay here unless you enjoy disappointment.
