Staff made multiple errors on our reservation. Cancel the wrong one. Then try to blame us for the miscommunication. after clearing up the confusion and getting the room taken care of, we thought things would go smooth sailing. They made multiple charges on different cards, still saying, and blaming us for the miscommunication after we’ve let them know which card to run. Overall, the service was terrible. We had family in town for an event, and they made this extremely stressful and inconvenient.

Very friendly/attentive staff. The facility is very clean and up to date. My children had fun using the swimming pool and hot tub. Great breakfast bar style.

This property was in a good location for us. We were visiting family and needed a convenient place to stay. Staff was helpful, hotel was clean. Breakfast was good.

Put me in a handicap room on first floor not handicaped and had little kids in the room above running back and forth until after 10 pm weak internet was able to get any work done online.
