Hotel Maison Yakima Tapestry Collection by Hilton

If you want a good hotel in Yakima, don't go to the Maison go to the Holiday Inn! We called the day before to request a crib for our toddler and were guaranteed one. But when we got to the hotel we were told they only have two cribs-- one was in use, and the other was broken. The manager had no solution for our problem. He just shrugged, he wasn't helpful at all. We didn't stay here, because we couldn't. Service was terrible! We went to the Holiday Inn instead-- they had a crib and exceptional customer service!
