Really comfortable stay with two young kids. Would have loved to see some basic level of recycling. The breakfast was great but everything went into the garbage.

We were very happy with our room. We stayed a week while visiting family. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. We had our room cleaned every other day and got just towels and trash on the other days, and our room stayed nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All this and the price was really good!

The location is decent and quiet but the people are not. Massive group of teenagers checked in the same time as us so our room was surrounded by noise and banging sounds and kids walking up and down the hallways constantly. The kids next door to us were too loud and noisy. When someone knocked at the room next door, we could hear it in our room. Finally we had to call front desk at 10pm to complain about the noise, but the walls are too thin and old, you can still hear them yapping next door. The facade itself is decieving, looks new on the outside but its an old and the hotel room has an old house/musky smell. The elevators are old and tiny and you can see the old wood panels underneath the vinyl wrap on the elevator walls and door. The beds were squeaky and too soft that you sink when you sit on it, laying down was uncomfortable. The ac kept going on and off so it got too hot at times and then too cold. We are having an uncomfortable stay and regret booking here. Not worth the price we paid. Would not stay again and dont recommend it.

The staff were wonderful! Engaged and seemingly genuine-they are the best thing about this hotel. The room was okay, average. It was clean, but a bit worn down. There is a fair bit of construction happening in the surrounding area. It worked for our family of 3 for a quick overnight trip.

I slept like a baby here! The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on at a hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. I will definitely choose this hotel again when travelling. Thank you!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are updated and spacious.The staff was very friendly and responsive. As advertised: free breakfast, premium cable, and fast free WiFi. They also have an indoor pool, and a 24hr business center. Definitely recommend for families.

Breakfast: Yes, please and thank you. Please consider bacon. Waffles, Breads, Bagels, Mini Muffins, Scrambled Eggs, and Pork Sausage. Lots of dining tables and booths for large families. Friendly Responsive Staff Convenient to HWY 99, shopping and many dining options free WiFi and breakfast—plus, an indoor pool, gym and 24 HR Business Center Onsite mini market for basic items: laundry detergent, microwave popcorn etc. Good size rooms, newly redecorated amenities. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. Temperature controlled heat/AC newer and working. We would definitely recommend for families.

I would stay again, i go visit my kids so shopping close by is nice!

Fantastic hotel for the price. We have stayed here twice over the last few months, a couple of nights each stay. Staff is friendly, and the room and facility are very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast provides several options, but I do recommend getting there by 8:30 or it can get pretty crowded and some items run out. If you want more quiet, I recommend staying on the higher floors, further away from the street and construction noise. But we stayed on the ground level a couple of times, as it tends to be easier with small children, and the noise wasn’t too bad. The immediate vicinity unfortunately is not very walkable due to the construction happening all around, so keep that in mind if you want to explore nearby on foot.

The check in staff was pretty useless, took long. Gave me my keys finally and said nothing. Not a word on the hotel, where anything is, what time anything starts or stops at. Didnt even tell me my room number. I get to my room and the shower hardly works. Eventuslly the room beside me becomes very loud, kids screaming and crying while banging snd stomping. So i complain to the front, one guy calls and asks them to be quiet. The other guy asks if i wanna change rooms. Hes quickly shut down by the other guy saying no i dont need to switch cause he called. So i tell them it better be quiet cause i didnt pay for this. Im here working right now. Eventually it keeps happening for over 2 hrs. Finally the one guy calls my room and says hes been by the other room and agrees its too loud. So i get moved, have to pack all my room up at 1130pm im trying to sleep now but i obviously cant.. eventually im moved into a different room and by now im up an hr past when i wanted to be sleeping. Tired the next day for my presentation, very annoyed at this experience
