For a budget hotel, this place had a lot going for it. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was large and even had a shower big enough for my wife and I to shower together. It is located just a block from an excellent bakery, 2 blocks from a cool and funky grocery store and 4 blocks from the Funko store. Best of all, it was quiet! There was a rhythmic thumping sound and muffled moaning coming from our ceiling, but that only lasted about 15 minutes. The cons are that the breakfast was only average. It would have been good if there were some sort of breakfast meats. There is a tiny pool that seems to be a big draw for families, so lots of noisy children running around the dining area. If you are looking for a hotel with a pool (we were not), be warned that the pool is much smaller than it looks in the photos. The hotel is pet friendly, but fortunately, we were not situated near a pet.

The first morning we were there we were woken up by the ‘breakfast floor’ (6th floor) with tons of noise made by tables scooting, people walking around. It felt like the floors were paper thin and we heard everything. We requested to be moved to a different room. In that room we had young children in the room above us running back and forth all day and some of the night time. There is no noise control, the walls seems to be thin and you can hear everything outside your room. We would not return to this hotel ever because of the noise and poor staff response to the noise issues.

stayed for several nights while visiting family in Everett. overall was great, perfect location, felt safe at all times, very clean and comfortable and staff were all great. Only negative was noise level from adjoining rooms was guite loud, could hear tv, music, whistling. pretty much every noise and some started at 4:30 am..... maybe also that there was no jacuzzi, only an indoor pool.

The place is nice but there are many homeless people around. Some kinda scary. We had a parking garage but when we got back from our family's event it was full. We had to find a safe place to park outside on the street at 11 pm. My son had a very uncomfortable hideabed to sleep on with no bedding. I won't return. The ladies at the front desk are amazingly accommodating but should not need to apologize that much.

We were ok with the older building and older part of town but this was not worth the money. Very small pool, no hot tub, poor breakfast options, awful coffee, small rooms, very dark in rooms, poor wifi offered- unable to stream anything, initially staff were very abrupt and unwelcoming. We did end up switching rooms due to noisy upstairs neighbour into the wee hours of the am. The staff were kind at trying to solve the problem. But the best solution they felt was to move us and not the party people above us. The room switch left our kids sleeping on a very uncomfortable pull out couch with poor bedding supplied. Very unlikely we'd recommend this hotel or ever stay here again at that price. Maybe if we got a smoking cheap room rate we'd stay again but very unlikely.

Needs a upgrade. The wall colours are outdated. They out new furniture over it but it doesn’t jive. Also the hallways and lobby was super warm. It wasn’t even that hot of a day. The remote system is old and difficult to navigate. Plus side. Walkable to the childrens museum and Funko head quarters.

This was a great place to stay for the price. The breakfast was good with a few choices, but great added free bonus to stay. With breakfast costing more now a days, great added value. Even had secure parking included with stay. The view was great of the water. The pool was refreshing. We would recommend to stay for families.

The staff was friendly and professional. We interacted with Liz who checked us in and Aurora checked us out and assisted me with getting my points as a Hilton Honors member. I will stay here again it's near I-5 and my family.
