We enjoyed our stay, visiting nearby family. The hotel and everything else was very clean, well maintained and staff were friendly and courteous. I was surprised, though, that breakfast was not included (not an option when I booked, so 'assumed') and there was a $10 per night charge for parking in their parking lot. Since we truly were in the middle of nowhere, it was a surprise to pay for self parking there. Oh well, nickel-and-diming seems to be everywhere.

Pool was great! Wish the hot tub was fixed so we could use it. Amazing gym! Really great amenities here.
Bed was super comfortable and room was cozy. Had a pack and play for the baby - room service delivered a new one when we thought it was broken, but she fixed it and set it up along with supplying a crib sheet and a baby blanket.
Overall amazing experience. Staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd time staying here and will definitely continue to come back.

I booked through Expedia, check in was quick, staff was pleasant, I love the location, it was close to the freeway, literally minutes away! The weekend buffet breakfast was AMAZING! Plenty of parking, the room was VERY clean, perfect size, comfortable beds. My family and I REALLY enjoyed our stay, anytime I need to stay overnigt in Everett, ill be staying at the Delta.
That was my first time staying at Delta hotel! I really enjoyed my stay!
Thank you Delta!

The Hotel was very convenient to many places, because it is right along the freeway! The hotel lobby was quiet, clean and the front desk was very kind and always available! They have a pool, hot tub, fitness center and a nice restaurant/bar. The best part was the restaurant! My husband and I went to the restaurant to get a few cocktails while grandma was watching our 2 boys (4 and 9 years old). Drinks were delicious! The next evening we brought the whole family to eat dinner! The food was quality and our waitress was BEYOND AMAZING! She was very kind, sweet, attentive and offered the best service! That was the best part of the hotel! The pool area was nice and warm, but the water was too cold for me to just hop in. It took me at least 20 minutes to get my whole body in the pool and only 15 minutes in the pool! In our hotel room we had 2 queen size beds. 1 of the beds was next to the heater/AC…so while you’re sleeping, hot air or cold air blows directly in your face. Super odd spot to have the heater/AC. As I mentioned, the hotel is right off the freeway, so if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll need ear plugs to avoid the cars driving by! Our blankets (when I pulled it out to cover) was dirty! Like it was washed without soap, but you won’t notice it if the bed is fixed and tucked, but trust me, you might want to look at the blankets carefully! After seeing that, I just couldn’t sleep! Gross!! I would stay again, if we get a different room with clean sheets!

The hotel is clean, both at the common area and inside room. The staffs are very friendly and nice and when I told them the stays were for celebrating my kid's birthday, they wrote and drew a birthday card and sent to our room to my kid that made my kid very happy. would definitely consider to stay at Delta hotel again in my next trip.

Great value for the money.
Having a family I would prefer a better breakfast option available than the buffet offered $$

Overall it was a nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious. There were several cons for me with the hotel. I believe this is the first hotel I’ve ever had to pay to park in their surface lot. $7 a day, more if you wanted to park in their garage. Only one elevator was in service both days of my stay which made getting to and from your room a fairly lengthy process. Their were no towels at the pool. Granted there was a large soccer tournament going on with many of the kids staying at the hotel and using the pool, but in my two hours at the pool, the towel stock was never checked or replaced so I had to air dry the best I could and then walk back wet to the room and with the elevator delay, I left a nice puddle in the lobby and I was not the only one. Lastly I had paid for breakfast with my booking on the site. When I checked in, I was not given any voucher. I had breakfast and was presented with a check. I informed the waitress that I had reserved breakfast with my room. She told me to fill out the check like I was billing to room. When I checked out I asked if that was how they operated and was told yes. Got my final bill in email and was billed twice for breakfast. Was supposed to get voucher at check in. Billing staff immediately fixed error after my call and were really nice. They appreciated my call and are going to conduct training to make sure these errors are not repeated. Nice but expected more for $200+ per night.
