Manson Bay Suites

This place is almost perfect, I loved my stay and the hotel was priced amazingly, the suite was huge and had everything you could need. The only cons where the floor looked clean but my 10 month old got coverd in dirt and our feet turned black from all the dirt in the carpet, and we where on the second floor and had alot of stuff but there wasnt a elivator so we had to make multiple trips with our baby to get our stuff in and out. Over all i give it a 8/10

This property had a "virtual front desk" meaning that there were no hotel employees onsite. At least 10 families could not access their rooms after my wife and I arrived. And our room had a noxious chemical odor in it, as though someone had spilled disinfectant. Both us had sore throats, itchy eyes, and lightheadedness. There were no windows that we could open, so we kept the door to the room, ajar for more than an hour, which did not dissipate the stench. I attempted several times to contact the property to ask to switch rooms and did not hear back after four hours. We had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. On top of that, we did not receive our room number and code to access our room until two hours after the 4pm check-in time. We will never stay at this property again.

High priced for what the room was. Paid less for Seaside Oregon to have a view of the ocean. Room was small with no elevator, ice machine, view, or vending. Only stayed as only place available for family event. Never again and will not recommend.

Decor and asthetics. Facility services they thought to keep in each area are well designed like family play area, patio couches, pool accessories etc

There was nobody working at the hotel. Nobody anywhere. We had to call to get our room. They didn't answer and I left a message. After sitting in an empty lobby for way too long I called another number to get ahold of "management". Long story short, the room doors are left open so anyone could be walking in your room. The code they gave us didn't work after I asked her to stay on the line so I could close the door and check. She treated me like I was stupid when the code repeatedly wouldn't work. She repeated herself over and over like I wasn't following the instructions correctly. She then asked us to go to another room, which the door was wide open as well. The code worked on this one. Then when I asked how to get into the pool she simply said we couldn't. Why did I bring my kids here?!
