Great family location.

The patio being across from the lake was fantastic! Beautiful view was the best part. The tub extremely slow to drain. Only one of the bathroom plugs worked. Keurig machine was broken. It did get replaced but it took over an hour and I NEEDED my coffee. The kitchenette woefully under stocked (no pans, pots only and no spatulas/serving utensils..etc). Room was serviced and bed was made but used towels not replaced. The indoor pool has no bathrooms nearby. Where is everyone going pee? I’m sure the children using the pool aren’t going back to their rooms to use the toilet. We stayed during the off-season so didn’t pay premium rates, thank goodness!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly! They gave us a room with easy access to the park for our dogs and kids to play. The pool and hot tub areas were wonderful. And the room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely would stay there again!

Little kids running around in the room above ours were very noisy. Quiet after 9:30 pm.

This is our 3rd time visiting and it always has been great. The grounds are well kept and staff is always friendly and helpful. Prime location. The only downside is their breakfast. Not great but if you have kids its perfect for them.

Loved the indoor pool although it was on the cool side even for the kids. The hot tubs weren’t very hot either that wasn’t great. My husband also had to plunge the toilet the entire trip. Really too bad because because with a few minor tweaks this property could be amazing especially for the winter rate. Never the less the kids still had a great time sledding and swimming. I would consider going back try to see if there were any improvements with the plumbing, heated pool and hot tubs.

Great stay for families! Nice indoor pool during the winter and for brave souls the outdoor hot tub. Breakfast was nice with longer hours than most. Very nice staff. Close to everything.

Stayed in a Pet Room. Was placed in a unit where we could easily walk right out of our room and be at the pet relief area, as well as, right next to the outdoor pool for our kids. We loved the great location. We just had to cross a quiet side street and we were at the crystal clear lake with a nice beach and swimming area. Definitely will recommend to our buddies!

We only stayed one night but were pleasantly surprised at the level of service. The grounds were fine. Pool, outdoor areas, and breakfast buffet were appreciated and well stocked/ cared for. The bonus for me was the kindness and friendliness of the staff. As a BIPOC traveler with small children, it’s important to feel welcomed and safe. We absolutely did. We will definitely consider this for our next visit to Chelan.
