Stayed here after a day of campus visiting around UW. The room was comfortable for a family of 4.

It was nice and clean but the people above us were loud at odd hours. Had to call n complain. They were quiet for a little but but then they were back at walking/running very loudly. I couldn’t tell if it was little kids running around but from 7:30-11:30 at night was a little extreme and from 6-till check out was non stop walking/running. I was on the 4th floor. People with little ones need to be on the ground floor to not keep others awake.

Very friendly and generally nice feel. The "amenity charge" feels awkward and quite expensive: in practice this got me a nice water bottle and some free spring water and cost me $70 tax. I didn't find the coffee in the room great (also included in this charge), and I think it's normal for internet etc. to be included in a room rate. I imagine this is worse still for groups/families travelling as it seems to be per person per night. It would feel more friendly to make this optional or include it in the room rate, since it's compulsory. The room curtains are very good but don't fit two of the windows because they're on top of blinds, so the light still comes in early. This could do with refitting. Everyone was super friendly and I liked the feeling of the reception/lounge area; the room is also nice apart from the curtain issues.

This was the perfect hotel for our family as we came to see UW! I would highly recommend staying here. It was clean, safe and the staff were very friendly. It's very convenient and walkable to the University.

Great, somewhat quirky hotel. The guy checking us in late at night was super friendly/nice. Great little cafe for coffee/bite, kids loved the "free drink coupon".

Such a great little hotel! Loved the location (walkable to UW Campus and U Village), very clean, comfy bedding, and lots of little niceties (mini-fridge and microwave in room, cookies and coffee upon check-in, and free drink coupons from the lobby’s little stocked mini-bar (sodas, seltzers, juices, wine, beer, etc), unlimited free bottled water, beach cruiser bikes available to check out. Staff was helpful and friendly…even made a little to-go bag for our kids when we checked out w/cookies and coloring supplies. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The staff was so kind to my family during a difficult time. Proximity to UW is great & on-street parking can be found if you don't want to pay for parking in their tiny garage. Food in the cafe (breakfast) is terrible so don't even bother though the coffee is good. The room was very nice and felt secure despite the semi-shady neighborhood. Good setup for people with disabilities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone with business/medical appts in the UW District.
