College Inn Hotel

Location, location location if you have a child that goes to university of Washington this is the perfect spot to stay for a parent.

Charming and quiet, I slept like a baby. Wished I had more time to spent at the hotel and the surrounding area. Classy with the "college town" vibe. I felt 21 again. Thank you for that.

This is a really cool old hotel. The rooms are perfectly clean and have a sink inside each room, but the shared bathroom definitely limits those willing to walk everytime they need to go to the bathroom. Definitely not kid friendly.

Nice quaint place right next to Udub which we were touring for the day for junior to decide. A vegan cafe right below was perfect for dinner. The light rail stop is not far, and the loft has coffee and a place to store luggage after checkout. Reminded me of a place I stayed in Edinburgh.

We loved the top-floor suite and location. Our room was enormous, beds were awesome, it was quiet and clean and well stocked. (You're on the top floor without an elevator- they warn you in advance several times!) The proximity to campus is terrific and we were able to figure out parking over the weekend easily- but we imagine it would be trickier during the workweek. Our only complaint was that our room wasn't ready at the standard 3pm check-in time, despite having inquired ahead multiple times to request even an early check in if at all possible. It was actually ready an hour late instead, which wouldn't matter much in many circumstances, but we had a baby that needed to be put down for a nap and being an hour late on that made things difficult. The rooms on the lower floors that use shared bathrooms looked great when we peeked inside, and we would definitely recommend this place overall.
