Inside of the hotel was very cute. I liked the inside of the room, the pineapple theme is very cool. Bathroom super nice and the best was very comfy. The little balcony attached to our room was very dirty looking and was locked so we couldn’t go out there. At night we had people yelling and running down our hallway at 10:30pm. It went on for some time, they were very loud. Not sure what that was all about. Sounded like college kids. They do have hidden fees when you check in so just beware of that. Overall a decent hotel. Would probably go down the road to there sister hotel in the Watertown building and stay there instead of this building.

The staff was friendly and so kind to our kids. We had to call down around midnight due to some other guests being extremely loud and they tended to it immediately. Beds are really comfortable. The walls are quite thin and you can hear voices clearly in the hallway, so not the best for light sleepers.

Resort fee? For a converted motel? Also, the confusion that pops up with having a sister Pineapple property a block away is one thing, but when a family member is treated rudely by staff in the lobby when there asking to check in is another. It turns out my son was at the wrong hotel. The staff looked up his name, and said he didn’t have a reservation. My son called me, told me he was in the lobby, asked where I was—also the lobby, but at the property we booked. Staff at the real place suggested my son may be at the wrong property. Would have been nice for the other property to suggest this, since it must happen A LOT. Lame customer service.

Excellent place to stay! We enjoyed the pineapple theme and hospitality! Worked well for a medical appointment trip with a small child! Would recommend. Thanks again!

We have stayed at hotels throughout the United States this was by far the greatest experience for us and our fur babies from the welcome sign with their names to dog dishes and beds!! Staff were all professional, friendly and helpful for our 3 day training at the OSHA training center across the street to the grass island less than a block away. The room was immaculate and quiet at all hours the bedding is sumptuous and the robes were a wonderful perk can’t say enough good about everything store nearby with great deli 10 stars!!

It was really cool giving the dog doll that barked with a reasonable additional fee, however when I requested a second dog for my other child, for the same fee I got just a regular stuffed animal that did not barl, which seemed like sort of a ripoff. other than that, wasn't too bad, could've done without the constant arguing outdoors and loud college students that the thin windows do not block out, but I understood where I was staying, so shame on me.

Cicil and Chad were exemplary in their service for our family. We were staying in the hotel for my wife to have a procedure done at the nearby hospital. They went out of their way to be kind and were perfect ambassadors for your hotel. Thier customer service in getting us extra blankets, pillows, and of course, cookies was top notch. We will definitely look for Staypineapple wherever we go now. Please be sure to say thank you to Cicil and Chad at the UofW StayPineapple night shift!

While I was visiting my UW student, the StayPineapple University Inn provided a safe comfortable base for me. The desk staff was always pleasant and helpful. I like the keycard acces in the elevator. The room was notably clean and the bedding very comfortable. I took advantage of the fridge and coffeemaker, and was surprised to see a microwave oven in the room, too. The walk to UW was convenient and I also was able to catch buses easily near the hotel. Even the walk to the light rail was easy. The downside of the hotel is largely just my desire for onsite food and sundries shopping. However, markets and dining are just a short stroll away. I have already told my family about my stay. I'll likely be back again when I make my next visit.

Stayed here for UW family weekend; not my first visit to this hotel :). I was in a smaller room this time because I was alone, but it was still spacious (one bed instead of 2). Prices seemed high for value this time, but I’m thinking that’s because it was family weekend. As always the hotel is clean, well maintained, and the everything people attend to needs quickly and with kindness. My son’s commuter bike was stolen from the racks in front of the property (locked ☹️). They are going out of their way to pull camera data to try to sort it out 🤞
