I just love this Hotel! This is the second time I have stayed here. It’s in a great location, the staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and like family. The rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet for being in the middle of the city! Just awesome!

Beware of this hotel. Would not recommend it. We are not rich people. Works 3 jobs between my wife and I. My kids were very excited to go to Seattle for the first time. However, we were very disappointed with the Sheraton Grand Hotel . 1. No bottled water in the room 2. No toothbrushes or toothpastes 3. We booked with 4 people but only came with 2 towels 4. Bathroom dont have air circulation, its very stuffy which triggered my asthma attack. I couldn't breathe and had to check out early 5. The reception, room service button on the phone doesn't work. In fact, none of the buttons work on that phone. All you get is a busy tone for all of the buttons, and I tried it 3 days straight of my stay same issue. Tried more than 10 times at different time period. Had to call the hotel from an external line just to get someone on the phone to get some toothbrushes. 6. Creepy painting with what seemed like an eyeball, had to cover it with a towel because it was freaking the kids out in the dark. A lot of basic things are lacking in this hotel. The suites are very disappointing. I had a asthma attack on my second night. I haven't had a asthma attack in 6 years. We checked out early and this ruined our trip. FOLLOW UP: When reached out to hotel.com, they tried communicating with the hotel on 3 separate occasions and when they finally reached someone, Mariah the front desk manager refused to work anything out

My kids loved this hotel and that thought it was super fancy and the pool high up in the air is very cool. The workout room is awesome best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The food is fantastic we ate way too much because it was just so good and my kids looooved the breakfast buffet. I’ve stayed their a few times now and will definitely be back.

Great service from Jay at the front desk. I requested a pull out bed and to be in the tower with the pool so my little ones could easily just go up the elevator. He was very friendly & accommodating !!

Stayed here with my family for George Strait concert. We arrived at hotel at 10am planning to leave our bags with bell hop. Our room was ready. That was an amazing surprise. Hotel is good location to walk to link rail at west lake and pike place. Please use Pine street when walking to Pike place. There’s a whole city block on Pike street that has been claimed by homeless. When we stumbled upon them they did not seem to notice us but it was scary. Other than that run in Seattle seems to have homeless under control in tourist areas. We felt safe everywhere else. Sheraton was great! Clean, beautifully decorated, close to everything we wanted to see.

Booked 3 months ahead of time and requested highest floor possible and away from the ice machine. Hoping to have a great family Christmas night at downtown Seattle. Time of check in, I was put at the low floor and next to ice machine. Receptionist wasn't paying attention to the request that day of check in 12/24. Every year we stay here, but will not stay in the coming years.

The best part of Seattle was the employees and the stay at this hotel. We did not feel safe in the city even during the daylight. I was with my family of five and we pretty much enjoyed the hotel the one night we were there. Every employee went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location .
