So disappointed in this stay Not at all a Marriott experience. Food at door of our room, carpets not vacuumed Room view of Ac units Sticky floor, hair in bed sheets, stains in other bed Requested towels to be left at door they went in. Finally after we were ready for bed and discovered sheets were dirty, they have us another room. No assistance ever sent to help move my family (2 kids)

This facility is close to my grand daughter and family and to the airport. I generally stay here as the staff is so friendly and helpful and they have an excellent restaurant.

The property was nice. The front desk staff could have been nicer. We had driven several hours and we’re going to stay one night. The first gal was nice, but failed to get us entry to the parking lot. Went out, tried both key cards and neither worked. Went back to desk, the second gal identified the fact that we were not registered for parking and gave us access. Like good customers went back out, drove to parking gate and guess what, neither key worked. Again, reversed out and went back to the front desk. Second gal was helping another customer, but she did lock eyes with me. I was going to dutifully weight my turn when she told me, “sir just hit the attendant button and it will let you out.” I politely corrected her and stated that the problem was that we needed to get in and not out. Could tell she didn’t like that because she retorted, “well our system is not working and we at the front desk can’t do anything about it.” I was not going to argue with someone, too tired and really I expect better from a Marriott. As I turned around and left, the gal in line behind me mouthed the word, “wow”. So the wife and I just took the ticket and paid the extra $35 for parking that I had paid included in the room. Keep the $35 Marriott you will likely not get my business nor that of my family or friends.

We stayed to have an easier morning with our toddler to catch the flight. Maintenance work happened at 1:20 am with no regards to guests, drilling on the wall right next to our room which obviously woke up the baby. Total zero respect for paying clients. Work kept going for 40 min. Unacceptable.

The fridge is tiny and could barely hold a few beverages. Also, the absence of a microwave in the room is a real inconvenience for families or those staying multiple days with some leftovers.

I made my reservation months ago on Orbitz, and requested adjoining rooms. I pre paid for two rooms with two queen beds in each room. I called the day before my reservation to re-confirm and request again adjoining rooms. I think we all know what happened. Of course I didn't get adjoining rooms (they have them at the property, we've stayed here and got adjoining rooms here before). I was given one two queen room and one king sized bed room. I guess it's a good thing I don't mind sharing a king sized bed with my kid, but it's not what I asked for and prepaid for MONTHS ago. Also, in the King bed room, we found a spider in the bathroom. The bathroom door closes, but as it's a barndoor style sliding door, there is no lock on the bathroom door. Who needs privacy when you're already sharing a bed, I guess. Very disappointed that this request couldn't be fulfilled when I prepaid and requested these things MONTHS in advance. We won't be returning.

Lovely helpful and attentive young lady checked me in. Very clean facility. Fabulous accommodations. A place to Warm by the fireplace in the lobby. Most comfortable pillows and bed I’ve experienced on my journey. Tasty breakfast. Friendly waitress. Used their gift shop for family gift.

Our heater was not working the first night and I had to follow up the next evening to make sure it was done.The. Next night there was music playing through out the night in the atrium all night long. The third night there were children yelling and playing after 10pm in atrium. We had to call the front desk twice.
