We were on the first floor which was nice, however we could hear children running down the halls on the floors above us and it was annoying…..

We had the worst customer service from the front desk attendant our first morning there and the pool/hot tub had so much chlorine or something in it that it burnt our children’s cheeks and completely tarnished my jewelry that I’ve had on for 10 years. I am extremely disappointed and not happy, the front desk didn’t seem to care either!!

Our family had a pleasant stay while at this hotel. It was fairly quiet so felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again!

Best area and hotel I’ve stayed in. Very comfortable. I felt secured about walking at dusk. The kids loved the pool! However the chlorine level could have been a bit lower. Highly recommend!

Soiled linens and towels… Once our family settled into our room we realized that the bath towels and the bed linens had not been cleaned, they were simply folded up and put back on the shelves and bed. We notified the front desk who informed us that because of a large wedding party that came in and had taken all of the rollaway beds as well as all of the comforters, towels, and spare linens that they could not replace them. It was too late to book a room somewhere else so my family, including three young children, were forced to sleep in soiled linens and use soiled towels. The hotel was at capacity and had one (1) person working overnight. We will never be staying at this chain again.

The hotel was very clean. Rooms were quiet. Beds were ok, nothing special, my kid said his was soft so he liked it. Pool was good, highly chlorinated but I guess that’s good. Breakfast was good, basic…., eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, waffles, cereal & oatmeal. Showers had good water pressure & hot water. Rooms were tidied everyday with fresh towels. Target and Kohl’s are in the same parking lot and Fields is a block away so everything is nearby. This was a really good hotel for the price.

Our family was just there for one night but the property was clean and modern, in a nice quiet neighbourhood, and there’s a few big box shops right around the corner.

This location was great for our soccer tournament weekend at 60 acres complex. You can walk to Fred Meyer and Target in 2 minutes! The hotel was super clean! Pool, hot tub and workout room was fabulous! Loved the workout equipment and super fun big mirrors with motivating phrases. The breakfast was good and free parking. The only thing I would say was a challenge was the lighting was not great. And the bathrooms are really dark. Lighted mirror would work. Great for families and very accommodating.
