Our family had a pleasant stay while at this hotel. It was fairly quiet so felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again!

Best area and hotel I’ve stayed in. Very comfortable. I felt secured about walking at dusk. The kids loved the pool! However the chlorine level could have been a bit lower. Highly recommend!

Soiled linens and towels… Once our family settled into our room we realized that the bath towels and the bed linens had not been cleaned, they were simply folded up and put back on the shelves and bed. We notified the front desk who informed us that because of a large wedding party that came in and had taken all of the rollaway beds as well as all of the comforters, towels, and spare linens that they could not replace them. It was too late to book a room somewhere else so my family, including three young children, were forced to sleep in soiled linens and use soiled towels. The hotel was at capacity and had one (1) person working overnight. We will never be staying at this chain again.

The hotel was very clean. Rooms were quiet. Beds were ok, nothing special, my kid said his was soft so he liked it. Pool was good, highly chlorinated but I guess that’s good. Breakfast was good, basic…., eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, waffles, cereal & oatmeal. Showers had good water pressure & hot water. Rooms were tidied everyday with fresh towels. Target and Kohl’s are in the same parking lot and Fields is a block away so everything is nearby. This was a really good hotel for the price.

Our family was just there for one night but the property was clean and modern, in a nice quiet neighbourhood, and there’s a few big box shops right around the corner.

This location was great for our soccer tournament weekend at 60 acres complex. You can walk to Fred Meyer and Target in 2 minutes! The hotel was super clean! Pool, hot tub and workout room was fabulous! Loved the workout equipment and super fun big mirrors with motivating phrases. The breakfast was good and free parking. The only thing I would say was a challenge was the lighting was not great. And the bathrooms are really dark. Lighted mirror would work. Great for families and very accommodating.

The staff at the front desk were remarkably friendly, accommodating and resourceful. From an immediate greeting as we walking in the door, to a warm smile each time we walked through the lobby. Any request we had; say for a snack, food for our family, directions or help around the facility, was met with kindness, good ideas and a generous answer. I even observed the communications between the staff themselves and they were kind and genuinely concerned about each other. Great job to all the staff.

Overall experience was ok. I liked the room size and amenities in it. Room was clean and nicely organized. Couple of things which I didn't like about this hotel: 1. Staff behavior - Breakfast timings were 6 to 9 AM and around 8:15 AM, they were out with milk and creamers. When I asked staff about it then they proudly said that we are out and can't do anything. 2. They stopped to refill all breakfast items after 8:30 and didn't even bother about same even when I asked for kids too. I wouldn't recommend this property especially at this high price.
