Mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. Room 186 (so gross) Hot tub closed due to health inspector issues. Not notified on the website, or upon check in of the hot tub being out of commission. That was a let down as we planned on multiple nights. Also says parking included online, when you get here, it's actually $10 a day. Pool is pretty small, I wouldn't recommend to keep kids entertained.

We are a family that love to travel. We had a lot of fun visiting for two nights. We did have some issues with the door locks. We couldn't access the pool without getting a staff member to let us in and our door deadbolt got stuck and we were in a hurry for an appt and had to leave with our door open while they fixed it. The hot tub was broken so that was disappointing and the pool chlorine levels were way to high and we ended up with many issues after swimming. The staff was very kind and accommodating, honestly, they were the best part of our stay!

Do not book here. The motel is in an industrial like park that seems closed. The men at the front desk seemed like they didn’t even work there. I’m pretty sure it’s the kind of motel people live at. Our room had dirty clothes in it. Because I was traveling alone with my kids, I didn’t feel safe telling the men at the front we weren’t staying so we left and they refused to refund us. I’m not a scared person, but this place felt too scary for me.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sonesta. Everything was impressively clean, in perfect order, and easy to access. ALL of the staff, even the fella that cleans the rooms, we’re amazingly friendly and eager to help if we had a question. The pool and hot tub were awesome and quiet. It was nice to have it all to ourselves!! I highly recommend staying here!!

No elevator??!! Had to drag my family’s suitcases up flights of stairs. Window was jammed and stuck open the whole weekend. Staff on Sunday morning were more interested in getting coffee than assisting. Wallls were terrible thin and with loud rowdy neighbors one room down it made the sleeping experience most unpleasant.

Barbara was amazing, such a fast and easy check-in. She was fast. The manager on duty was also super nice. He gave out kids milk and cereal even after the breakfast bar was over.

The afternoon staff were great when we checked in and very accommodating. We did have housekeeping try to enter our room before our check out time without knocking. We had small children changing at this time. Our key card kept deactivating and my husband had to keep getting his card reactivated. Other than that our stay was great.

This was a pre-cruise hotel stay so I didn’t need anything fancy, just needed an indoor pool so my son would have something to do. It was ok, however, NO ELEVATOR! Not knowing this ahead of time, I took ALL my luggage from the car and had to lug it all up the stairs. I may sound like a Princess but I’ve never stayed at a hotel with no elevator. Bed was comfortable. The pool was over run with a crap ton of kids screaming because an indoor voice is not possible when on vacation I suppose. I wouldn’t stay here again.

They saved us! We had just driven for 2 days and arrived at a different hotel I had booked with my 2 young kids late at night. After the first place didn’t have a room (even though I booked it), I scrambled and found Sonesta Select. So glad I did! Wonderful experience! Friendly and helpful staff!
