My family stayed in a junior suite, it was a good size and clean. The breakfast in the morning was very good, with plenty of options. The only thing we didnt care for was that the entire hotel smelled like chlorine. The pool was on the first floor and we were on the third and could still smell it and our room was severely humid. We turned on the AC and it did nothing to help the humidity. Overall, we will come back.

I purchased two nights at this hotel for the same price I commonly pay for four-star hotels, so I had high expectations. The rooms were clean; housekeeping and maintenance staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. The food at breakfast was of decent quality, but the facilities are too small and the hours too narrow to serve the huge amount of people while it is available on the weekends. There was no coffee available until breakfast was served. This is a family hotel in a great location, but it is not a luxurious experience. For families I would consider it a good value.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We only stayed one night but found the room to be spacious and comfortable. The bed was quite firm but we still slept okay. It was really quiet too, considering we saw several other guests with small children. The breakfast was wonderful, way more than we expected! Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy and quick. The front staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a bit outdated. However, the room was pretty decent in size. Good for families. Breakfast was good and had different varieties. Liked the location, close to beach and restaurants. We had so much fun for an overnight stay.

We felt very comfortable and safe. We have two kids under the age of 3. It’s on the beach and close to restaurants and entertainment. Was great.

This was a deeply mediocre place to stay. Not awful, not great. My room on the second floor was quiet, large, and clean. However, there was no TP dispenser, just a dirty spot and some screw holes in the wall where it used to be. TP was sitting on the back of the tank. The toilet seat was… padded. Those plastic kind grandmas had in 1983, and it looked about that old. Ick. The tub was clean and the water hot. The bed was older, the pillowtop had lost all fluff and so you just had flat surface over springs. The pillows were oddly good though, squishy but didn’t go flat. The wifi only worked if I stood by the door to the hall. I complained about that, but the girl at the desk simply said it had been fixed the week before and should work. Dear reader, it did not. I ended up using data on my phone if I needed a connection more than five paces from the door. The television (or maybe remote) stopped working properly on the second night. At that point I went to bed, but said F-it in the morning and checked out a day early. The pool, which was one of the reasons I chose this property, was always full of small children, so I never got to try the hot tub. The entire first floor resounded with noise from kids enjoying the pool. The breakfast buffet was perfectly fine. The maids do a good job. The front desk staff could use a little extra friendliness and professionalism, although the Asian woman I spoke with when I left was sympathetic. Oh. And they are about to start major renovations.

Didnt like- no wifi could not work so had to explain to boss why could not work friday and saturday, complained multiple times to staff at front desk one point was told would get discount but DIDN'T from what bill shows. Hot tub was more or less not working. Saturday into sunday at 1244am someone above had very UNRULY children that kept being very loud running and screaming until 3am then again started up at 8am on. Front desk staff really claimed couldnt apply military discount since booked online and lastly hotel room had 2 dark black stains on the floor and random handles missing off the sink cabinet in the living room area and the screws we left where they had them laying next to microwave. Outside- random dresser and chair appeared on saturday and sat outside rest of time, very dirty outside including the plants by front door having cigarette butts put in it to random huge piles of bird feathers piled in corners Liked- the breakfast in morning but thats pretty much only positive we could find Take away from this; paying almost 530 for 2 nights was a bit much for all the issues listed and staff seeming to not care

Last min get out of the house trip, BayVue allowed us a late check-in. The room was cozy and exactly how they pictured, it was also handicap ready so we will definitely bring more family next time. Good Breakfast and great Service.

The people above us were so noisy, they woke my entire family up in the middle of the night. One tv remote wouldn't work to change channels, the hair dryer was broken, the pool was so dirty and overly full of chlorine it made my eyes. Water and burn.
