Hotel Windrow

We loved having a fun convenient place to stay while visiting family. We would love to stay again.

This was our 4th stay. My daughter while trying to maneuver the big heavy rolling luggage cart with our heavy bags in the elevator (no busboy availability) her cell fell down the opening to the bottom. She contacted management and they said it would cost $500 to retrieve it. They were very rude. After talking to all chains of command with no help My daughter found the number for the elevator company and after speaking to them her phone was returned the next day at no cost. No phone for 3 days!! I’ll never stay there again. After paying $1,000 for 4 nights you’d think at least they’d be more accommodating and not so rude. The other local hotels are over half of the price Windrow charges with the same perks. I’ve lived in Ellensburg over 70yrs and recently sold my house and moved to Spokane Valley and come back for appointments and visit family. I’ll tell all my friends about their terrible service.
