Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Vancouver Mall, an IHG Hotel

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The carpets looked brand new and the room was very spacious. Good place for a family with a crawling child!

Nice hotel, had everything we needed for our stay over 2 nights. My family stayed in a 1 king size bed room on the first floor. My only complaint was their was some kind of fan being on all night which woke us up at night amd made it hard to go back to sleep. I was so exhausted thats how i fell back to sleep but it was annoying. Breakfast was pretty good, options was great and they jad reasonable time for breakfast on the weekend. Other hotels weve stayed at we end up not really using the breakfast because it would be so early and only be couple hours. Overall nice hotel.

The place was great. Comfy beds. Big room. Nice breakfast. I felt safe here with my 2 small kids...very pleased.

The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score was 2 small things. The bathtub was really slippery! I put a small towel in. The fan wasn't working. The biggest thing was no counter in the room. The coffee pot was on the little round table so little room to work. The room was big enough to build one. The pros: Beds were comfortable, pillows were thick & neck supporting, room smelled great, quiet. Lots of sprinklers. I really appreciate full size bottles in the bathroom. Channel selection was pretty good but the menu didn't match channel numbers so it took a bit to find the shows I liked. Pool was clean and large, jacuzzi clean and hot. Breakfast was AWESOME. Great selection, and very cool to see an automatic pancake machine. The staff were friendly, fast, and helpful. The boss lady practically made my Mom her breakfast and walked it over. Having a cheese omelette was just the best. The only con was no potatoes and no peanut butter. Yoghurts, muffins, boiled eggs, all kinds of juices, you name it, they had it. Great respect to the head lady who called out a family walking a dog into the eating area. Keep the pets out of a dining area morons. Really, how stupid can you be? I'll be staying here again. The staff were friendly and that's big in my book. Thanks for a great stay!
