Frankly the elevator floor grossed me out. It was filthy especially in the corners. That virw makes you wonder about the rest if the .motel. Wish the toilets were for adults instead of children. It suts so low we had a great view of mold in the shower under a soap dish. The staff was very congenial and helpful.

We booked three rooms for our family. Found a bed bug on my son in one of the rooms. Now we have to bag everything from that room and wash at home. What a hassle. Morning checkout clerk offered no room comp or assistance. Called back later and asked hotel clerk to comp the one room. Then because we booked through Expedia the hotel staff was unwilling to help. Expedia offered a partial reimbursement for the hassle thru their rewards cash.

They had what sounded like a daycare center right above us. Those kids ran back and forth till after midnight and started again at 530am. Had to go homecand sleep

This is our new go-to hotel to stay at on our trips to N Carolina to visit our kids, grandkids and great grandkids. We've stayed at several others in Wytheville over the years and this has all of them beat for price and quality.

Property is well maintained. Rooms are very clean. Friendly staff. Parking lot is well lit and safe. We stopped for a night to take a break from a long drive and we felt comfortable and safe. I will come back and recommend to our friends and family.

This motel is fairly new and was very comfortable with all the necessary features for electronics with plenty of outlets and USB plug-ins. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast room served the usual cereal and hot eggs, meat and home fries and muffins, etc. We will stay here again on our way thru Wytheville to visit family.

My family and I had a smooth check in even though the hotel was booked full and the lobby was full of people waiting to check in. I was very impressed with the young lady checking us in, she performed great while under pressure Anna was very pleasant. I would add one observation. All the machines in the hotel had no water. The hotel was sold out and the machines were not restocked. I would assume this was due to the controlled chaos :) going on in the lobby.

Great stop over on route to Florida. Worked well for our family. We appreciated the hot breakfast with awesome protein choices !! Free cookies sndvacess to tea/coffee upon check in. Pool and hot tub were nice. Great service & stay overall
