My family and I traveled for an unexpected trip. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Great for our family of 5. Super and friendly service and healthier breakfast options.

Wveeything was so clean. Th e exercise room was great for getting the blood flowing and the kids loved the breakfast. I wish there was more room for parking. I nearly didn’t find a spot due to other customers not parking properly, which was a bit stressful.

Clean, staff nice, breakfast good but the pool had way too much chemicals in it that caused our children’s eyes to burn and red rash on skin.

Excellent place to stay. Staff was friendly and our rooms were very clean. The pool was great for the kids. Breakfast was great. Many options including gluten free.

I was traveling with family and we stayed in three separate rooms. We all agreed that the rooms were clean and comfortable and the amenities, parking etc were all very good. The only glitch was the handle on one of toilets was loose and sometimes malfunctioned and there were no maintenance people working on the weekend to fix it.

We stayed here on our way through from NC to NY for Christmas. The hotel looks like it is basically brand new, so the rooms and everything were really nice and looked to be cleaned well. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and upbeat. I'll add that we have two adults and three kids in our family. So we got a 2 Queen room as normal. The nice feature was that the couch, which was extra deep so as to make a good bed, had a trundle bed underneath it. So the couch functions as two full-sized beds. That was so much better than just a couch or a pull-out couch situation. Breakfast was very good. This was a solid hotel stay and we will look at this hotel every time we pass through from now on.

It was very clean and convient off the highway. the staff was friendly. One very important thing, the front desk told us if we booked with a third party, like we did, there is a possibility we would not have our reservation. She told us this when she had an issue finding our reservation. She then told us the third parties over book all the time..that was scary to learn! She also told us if we did not book our reservation directly through them and this had happened they would not be required to help us find a new place but if we did they would pay for our night and find us new lodging. We had our 2 grandkids and our 5 year old great grandson with us. It would have been a bad situation.

The Hotel Staff is amazing! 2 of my kids left there stuffed toys at the hotel, the staff found the toys and mailed them to me. They even sent a card with the toys.
