Quality Inn and Suites

Everything was honestly great! The only thing is the elevator was broken, which is difficult with a couple babies and all the luggage that comes with them, but changing to a bottom floor was a quick and easy fix with them! Thank you for being so accommodating!!

The rooms were ok. My daughter found the vents to be dirty which normally means the filters need changed. We did smell the devils lettuce in the elevator but the owners do have no smoking signs. Our main issue was the breakfast. If the owners would stop being so damn cheap they could likely have higher stay ratings and could charge more...but no...1) single family size containers of milk and cream cheese, syrup are not sanitary or covid conscience..mind you, they had single serve but those were brought out and taken by the hotel staff back to their rooms (live on site). 2) the food...partially frozen potatoes, egg omeletes that were not good...and watered down waffles..which screams i am too cheap to give my guests a decent breakfast that I advertise as part of my rate. Also a dign that says...only take what you think you wil eat...mind you, the hotel worker (I saw her cleaning later) took plates of food back to her room. It was unmanned and frequently ran out of food ....to the owner if you see food in the garbsge, its because it is gross...not because we didnt intend on eating it. If you tried a little bit harder to reign in the chespnes, you would have a decent hotel.

Stayed overnight visiting family great shopping and dining!

Checked in Wed evening and immediately noted strong smell from either previous pet or possibly smoke and staff quickly relocated us to another room with no issues. Bed to me was comfortable. Hot breakfast items that day was pre made cheese omelet, ham, potatoes, and make your own waffles. Only advise is to provide ketchup packets. For price point, I was happy with stay and was actually here 4 days ago during vacation with family and rebooked again. See you next time.

This hotel needs updating. Cracked outlet plates, cracked bathroom tiles, bathroom vent not working. Caulking old and/or missing. Noisy AC unit. You also need to police up around the grounds (pick up trash and butts etc). Staff were polite and friendly. second floor windows had no screens and perhaps worse, opened fully, that's a little unsafe if you had young children. $80 a night isn't pricey, but isn't cheap either.
