Had a nephews 40th Bday and a family gathering to attend. needed a last minute place to stay. found Staybridge, very reasonable cost too! my only, my one and only regret was that the pool was down for repairs. really looked forward to swimming with my grandson. oh, and when my wife asked about it, the maintenance man was pretty rude to her. maybe he was having a bad day? but he should have let the front desk clerk answer and remain hidden in the back room imo. other than that, bfast was great and that lady was awesome!

I was very impressed with the rooms, have been newly updated. However, we were left with a half roll of toilet paper (so obviously used by previous guests)). The pool was a disaster. I was told by front staff that that must be from a party the previous night. The front desk staff DdI not seem to want to be bothered and did not get up to see if they can assist. So I cleaned as best as I could so that my grandkids could enjoy the pool. The front desk staff lacks customer service.

I reserved 2 queen beds (traveling with family) and when I arrived the young lady at the counter had none - only single king beds. She was extremely gracious and accommodating, and she gave me 2 separate rooms - each with a king - because of the error. I was tired after a full day driving and didn't quite express my thankfulness, but I'm doing it now. Thank you for responding, accommodating and honoring what we reserved! Great customer service.

Very spacious, recently renovated, room at a reasonable price. We have family in the area, and enjoyed our stay so much we joined the Rewards program.

The staff at that hotel were great and made us feel at home. A special shout-out to Viki in the kitchen - you treated us like family and made our stay so enjoyable!
