My stay was very good and the hotel was in close distance to my family and we did. Its was nice and clean so that was a plus.

We were visiting family for Thanksgiving and found the Microtel adequate for our needs. The room comfortable and location convenient. Our TV was okay. The quality of the picture not very good. The picture would darken off and on. The breakfast was extremely cheep. No eggs, no yogurt, no protein whatsoever. The staff were not overly present or attentive. They did not speak unless spoken to. Some people may like it that way. We however were looking for some hospitality.

I came down to visit my sister and her family who recently moved to Rustburg. We were planning on going to the zoo at the mall across the street from the hotel. I researched a lot of hotels and knew that I wanted a hotel that was close by, but also one that was clean, quiet and safe. Oh, and one with free breakfast 😉 I was quite impressed that this hotel checked all the boxes for me. I feel like I got my money’s worth. The only minor issue I guess I could say is that Seminole Ave is traveled frequently early in the morning and it woke me up. But like I said, that was a minor issue. The front desk staff was courteous and the Sunday morning waffles, biscuits, and sausage gravy were excellent!

With kids attending Liberty University we have stayed here many times. Convenient to campus, clean and friendly staff. Will stay again.
