Our family had a wonderful stay at Bella Vista. The breakfast was fantastic! The staff was pleasant and helpful.

I took my daughter and my grandchildren there for her birthday and she loved it!! The indoor pool and the amazing breakfast.. The room was huge and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back.

The front desk staff were outstanding. The room was cleaned daily which was a pleasant surprise! The down side was the silly App tv, some sort of metal base that the mattress sat on, I kept hitting my foot every time I’d get into bed and I also heard someone in one of the other rooms do the same thing because it sounds like a drum! The floors were cold and noisy because of the lack of carpets. I could hear the guests above us walking back and forth. Kids were running up and down the hall doing what children do, not sure where the parents were. Overall it was a big disappointment since we’ve stayed here before they sold out to a flipper I suppose by the quality of the renovations. They’ve removed the cushion on the doors that prevented them from noisily slamming shut. Now it sounds like Navy ship bulkhead doors slamming shut. Some of you will understand. Even though the staff were extremely nice I’m afraid that the rest of the Hotel was a major disappointment!

Was told after I arrived to check in that there was $100 incident deposit. I booked for 2 adults and 2 children. This was not mentioned when booking the room other then that the Hotel is lovely. Wonderfully located. The staff were amazing. Will definitely recommend.

Excellent stay. Suite layout was great for my family. Very comfortable with lots of room. Staff was excellent. Few minute drive to Liberty University. Only complaint was the one bathroom was in the room of the master bedroom. Overall great stay.

For over an hour a family and a large party blasted music loudly with their door open and their kids running around while they kept yelling down the hall at them. The staff clearly knew the party because they were also hanging out with them in the lobby. Mind you this was from 10 to 11 pm and nobody on staff addressed this issue. We finally decided to leave at 1115 pm and drive over an hour home because of how loud it was. Even when we walked out the front door i could hear the music from the other end of the hotel. Last time staying here ever.

The rooms were nice and clean, however we were only provided 2 towels, 2 cups and 2 pillows per bed for a family of 4. The pillows were terrible to sleep on and there was periodic rumbling noise from outside coming from some type of equipment. The pool was nice.

I have stayed here previously and was excited to return with my family. Unfortunately this was a horrible experience and I will NEVER return. Room 1 - Smelled like cigarette smoke/ supposed to be non- smoking Room 2 - Dirty!!! Candy wrappers and trash in the closet, trash by my bed, dusty on wood and Lamps, Hair in sink and soap dispenser broken Each time I was offered another room. Asked for them to clean. Was half way done. Too late to move my children again. Was scared to sleep in the beds with rooms this way, inspected each bed before getting in. Seemed “ok.” Took a picture of the hair and soap dispenser, should have done everything. Comfort - they should consider new beds and mattresses Receptionist - rude, unprofessional when I expressed my concerns. When I was checking out the young lady complimented me at first on my attire and then argued with me about paying for another night when I stayed 2 nights and already paid for it. I am in management and customer service and she needs training and needs to be observed on customer service and handling difficult situations. Another team member confirmed that everything was paid and apologized. Young lady never said anything or apologized for being wrong. Just repeatedly rolled her eyes. Immature and unprofessional. Although I have stayed here many times in the past, I will NEVER stay here again and will NOT use this hotel for my customers blocks for future events.
