Comfort Inn Arlington Boulevard

This was a really comfortable stay and convenient for my trip visiting Falls Church family for the holidays. There were a couple blemishes upon entering my room, but for the bargain it was no big deal. Some stains on the bathroom fixtures/not fully cleaned areas. The TV/remote are a bit outdated and not easy to navigate. But, hopefully everyone visiting has plenty of other activities to focus on instead! The beds are incredibly comfortable, the living space and writing area are exceptional. Breakfast daily was a pleasure and satisfying with both healthy and richer options. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We appreciated being able to check-in early! It was so easy to bring our cat. No frills, clean rooms. The one time we needed help with power, someone came immediately and remedied the situation. Friendly staff, super convenient eating options across the street. Free parking! We stayed three times here over the past couple months with our kids and cat. Reasonably priced, clean, comfortable stay overall! Thank you :)

Terrible stay to stay for couples and families.. maybe good for single alone "man" who is on the road all the time and need a place to stay for a night.. I said "man" become if I was a female I would freak out because of how bad hygiene and service quality is in here.. bugs on sheets stain on pillow cases used and leftover toilet paper not working light bulbs...... and when you go to talk with customer service to have new sheets blankets n pillow cases they tell you "oh well unfortunately it might take time to send someone to replace those sheets or I can bring them to you and you can change it your own" excuse me? For $200+ is this what we get? And in the morning I'm going to breakfast (did not check out yet) eating my food which was terrible going back to my room and they got in my room changed blankets and pillow cases but didn't change the sheets? So I actually slept on someone else's sheets n pillow cases? Also I didn't even check out yet why someone got in my room and change all those? What if I left my l luggages unlocked and open or what If I was in the bathroom.. Idk it was a super strange experience and such a waste of money..

When we walked in we found a used condom on the floor and we had our kids with us . I got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes help button was not working

This place is clean and great for people with families. Good breakfast and close to DC.

The place is under a much needed renovation, if you're lucky to get one of the rooms that has been upgraded, then your experience here will be great...at first, we had a room on the second floor, starting with the elevator and continuing with the hallway, everything looked like a horror movie due to the construction process, poor lighting, bad carpets, etc. There was a very strong marijuana odor (someone violated the hotel rules I guess) We didn't get in to our room because the key didn't work, and I took this issue for my advantage and requested another room which the staff was able to do. Then everything changed, we got a newly renovated room on the first floor...the room was excellent, clean, comfortable and functional, we stayed there 2 nights and slept like a baby!. The rest of the hotel it's what you'd expect for this level of hotel, nothing special but ok.

If you're looking for Ritz Carlton with a view of the Potomac, then this isn't the place. However, if you're looking for a sparkling clean, safe, and conveniently located hotel with free parking and breakfast...then you've hit the jackpot. We traveled with our 10 and 13 year old children and it was perfect for the us. Location had lots of food options nearby and was a perfect place to crash after a busy day touring DC. We could be downtown in less than 20 minutes even with traffic. Beverly at the front desk renewed my faith in humanity. First, our flight got canceled on the night of our arrival. I called to let the hotel know and Beverly was nice enough to move our arrival date and not charge us. The next night upon checking in there was an elderly man that clearly had some mental handicap requesting a room for the night. Unfortunately, the hotel was full and he didn't have enough money even if there were rooms available. Instead of being hateful and uncaring, Beverly called another hotel to see if they could accommodate the gentleman. She promptly checked us in and the went back to assisting the man with finding somewhere to stay. Thank you Beverly for being so kind and caring!

Had great time in the pool with my kids after a long day sightseeing in DC. Water was warm and clean. Free breakfast the next morning was a great way to start the day.

Good for the price. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice that bathroom had night light which is especially good for kids. Only draw back was loud Heater/AC.
