Everything was wonderful. It was a quick trip with my family. I didn’t expect to have a hold placed for an extra $150 on my card. However, check in was easy, the room was nice, breakfast was good, and it was very quiet. I would def choose to stay here again in the future.

We felt very safe in the area. Very close to Metro, maybe a 8 min walk, we have young kids. Hotel was clean. Staff was very helpful in getting around the city. Parking was tight, if you have a bigger vehicle. I have a full size truck, we got in and out but it was hard. The noise from up starts one night was not the best, we could hear just about everything. Thankfully my kids were already asleep. We had food delivery every night which was nice after a long day. Breakfast was OK, the "hot" stuff was not really hot. Also a man was eating at one of the tables with nothing on his feet which was a little gross. My kids actually noticed it first. Should be like any other place to eat, shoes and clothes! Lol We did enjoy our stay and most likely stay there again.

This hotel was fine for the most part. It's clean, everything worked. That being said the walls are paper thin. Our neighbors called the front desk to report how loud our TV was (we didn't have the tv on and were watching a youtube video on an iPad). I didn't understand how they could hear it, but the next morning I got it because we heard every word they, and their kid said while they were giving him a bath at 8 in the morning. Then, when we asked for two extra towels, the woman at the front desk acted like we were stealing from her personal stash. Like offended we would even ask. She almost refused to give us the second one. I've never had that issue at another hotel. The air conditioner/heater for the room randomly started rattling and knocking at 5am and we had to turn it off. When we started it again in the daylight it was fine. The night check in guys were friendly and courteous. Overall, not the greatest stay so it'd be hard for me to recommend the place but it was safe and clean and the facilities worked minus the blip with the heater/ac. You're at the mercy of who you get as a neighbor and who is at the front desk though.

Unexpected family death. Close to family home, easy location to get to. No frills, nothing fancy. Could use some modern updates, fresh paint and decor, but the staff was very friendly. Water pressure in the shower was better than most. Good stay for what I needed unexpectedly and very reasonable price.

Relatively clean hotel. Location is 10 min. walk to Metro line. Parking lot a bit tight and may require few maneuvers to get out of spot. Room was clean, but fluorescent light in bath went out on last night of stay and had to leave door open to shower. The shower and sink faucets were extremely tight, and you exert a strong pull to engage water flow - not doable by a child. There were no outlets near or around the desk in the room so using a laptop is not convenient. The mattress was a bit lumpy and woke up each morning with sore lower back. The free breakfast was okay, but on last morning, there was only two hard boil eggs in tray, no fried eggs at all, but plenty of sausage patties - and this was at 8am, More were made after I informed the front desks, and by then we about to leave to pack. No one was really monitoring the food trays, or cleaning the tables - so I rate Service as poor

Front counter doesn’t know that guests to be greeted, welcomed. They don't know word called ‘thanks’ Yes the breakfast lady does fantastic job👍 Hotel is old, double bed are no good for family of 4, queen size beds be offered with the price they ask.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Location is good, close to subway (7-10 min), very nice area. A room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 kids. There was no room cleaning, when we asked to bring fresh towels and take garbage, it was not done. Breakfasts were included, but it was terrible.

The room itself was fine. First night there was a loud screaming match at 4:30AM. The second night, got woken up to trash trucks at 6AM. Breakfast would have been better if it was better stocked. The guy "helping" with the headsets in his ears seemed really annoyed (not at me) but at whomever left their toast in the toaster...I had asked him if he knew who the toast belonged to and he just huffed and had a look of annoyance (which I totally understand as I think it's irresponsible). He seemed reluctant to help or refill food/plates, etc. as if he did not like his job (when others asked for dishes). (There were about 4 napkins left, zero danishes or muffins and 2 bagels left when I got there at 8:30AM, no bowls, a couple plates). Perhaps what needs to be more signs/labels (ie. remove the toast immediately so others may use it ) and also make sure guests know not to just send their children alone (as I saw some children just wandering and helping themselves--not sure anyone is monitoring but it would nice to see it more sanitary, esp. given COVID).
