This hotel goes above and beyond! They are pet friendly and were so incredibly kind to my family and my pet. We will visit again.

The check in process was quick. The staff were very friendly. The room and bathroom were large, clean, and very comfortable. We took our family dog. They had amenities for the pooches as well. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff, nice greetings from everyone, especially the front desk. Jayen in particular was very welcoming and seemed to genuinely like everyone he greeted. Comfy bed and pillows. Good breakfast choices. Easy parking. Nicely decorated entrance and lobby area. All day coffee and teas in the lobby was nice. Convenient location but no traffic noise in our room, which appeared to be newly redone. Very nice experience overall. Will stay there again when in Blacksburg visiting family.

Our stay was perfect. The hotel was exceptionally clean. In fact, I questioned the desk whether it was actually pet friendly since you cannot tell at all. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. The best place our family has stayed in quite some time. Highly recommend!

New building, clean hotel, great place to stay after a long drive with two tired kids. Few nitpicks: shower door didn’t close completely, Kleenex ran out and there was no replacement, and they didn’t have dark roast coffee downstairs for the breakfast. But these are minor things. Staff friendly and attentive, and I want to call out Kayla for her friendliness. Top rating.

This may not be relevant post COVID but our room was never cleaned . The front desk did not explain this to us when we checked in. The next day ,after a long family event I went back to our room executing to find a nice fresh clean room.
