Super friendly family of owners. Always at least 1 owner around to help you with whatever. Very quiet at night. Nice and suitably rustic lounge area to chill in with a beverage or book. Only a 10 minute drive to both Sugarbush and Mad River Glen. About 4 or 5 nice places to get Food/Drink also within 10 minutes. Towns of Waitsfield/Warren have all you need in terms of groceries and Beer/Liquor. No surprises with our room, very clean, comfortable and odour free. We were there during Xmas high season and despite that , the rates were very reasonable. We will definitely be back to The White Horse Lodge in the future. Highly recommended.
