Comfort Inn Trolley Square

Our toilet did not work. I had to use a garbage can to flush the toilet. I went to get into my room and I could not get in twice. They had to change out the thing where you put in you card to get into my room. I am happy I travelled with my husband so I could have an extra adult with the kids. As it was difficult just to get into my room. NO offer for a discount. The room was over priced for what I got. I would never go there again!

Dirty, smelly and rundown. Very loud pounding of kids late night parties and packed into rooms. Limited staff to address.

Front desk staff were personable, responsive and helpful. Pool and hot tub fun for the kids after a day of skiing. Room clean, had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had many choices and was good; it was busy and staff were on top of it. 25 min from Okemo. Excellent stay, will come back.

Our room was spotless. Water pressure in shower amazing! The breakfast was very good-huge selection.Will recommend to family and will stay here again.

We rented two adjoining rooms and stayed for two nights at this hotel. Zero complaints. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Maybe a little worn, but for me cleanliness will trump updates every time. Rooms had sufficient towels, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Score!! They do have a laundry facility where my husband was able to wash all of his hiking gear. This hotel is very thru hiker friendly, even though it is a bit off trail. If you're sharing one room with 4 people, it's a great deal with all the amenities. The morning breakfast was excellent! Hot foods were hot and not dried out, wide variety of choices including fresh fruit, and staff was friendly and attentive. The chairs were super cushy. They have an indoor pool that was filled with littles during our entire weekend stay. They were having a great time. We chose not to join in the craziness. Nothing obnoxious, but my kids are teens and we wanted relaxation, not revelry, so not our vibe. Parking lot was safe. The hotel is next to McDonalds, with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. We did walk around the area and felt very safe. I would highly recommend this location if you're looking for comfort and value. It satisfied all of our requirements for a great family getaway weekend.

This was the worst place I've ever in my life stayed. The smell in the room was enough to make you sick. Unfortunately we had no other place to go. Loud and unsavory people wandering around the entire time. When it came time to leave we found out a car had been ransacked! Woman at the front desk said "we could file an incident report if we wanted to", she clearly really didn't care and couldn't be bothered. DO NOT stay at this hotel , especially if you have children. Crack heads and/or homeless wondering all over the parking lot, in and out of hotel. Fake reviews and UNSAFE!!
