Excellent support staff. We had requested pack n play for our baby and the front desk guy helped us set it up in the room. One of us had some pain and I was about to rush to a pharmacy but the front desk guy again offered some ibuprofen. Hot tub downstairs was clean and the continental breakfast served was pretty much what I expected. Doesn't hurt the property is 5 mins drive from the gondola ride. We'll definitely recommend this place and consider coming back here.

My family of four has gotten the same room twice and we were very happy with it both times. Very spacious and plenty of room for four adults. And off-season the price was very reasonable!

Well I don’t even know where to begin. This hotel is extremely run down and in desperate need of an update. We stayed here in the summer, in 80 degree weather, and the rooms have no AC. The bathrooms and showers are small and plan on bringing your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash because what they supply come in small packets that wouldn’t clean a newborn. Overall this place just seems to skimp on everything, even the hot tub is the same one my parents has in the late 90’s. In my opinion pay the extra money and stay someplace nicer than this.

Conveniently located near Killington. We had the largest room for my family of 6. It was clean and spacious. Rate was very reasonable for our last minute booking. The free breakfast included cook-to-order hot items.
