The hotel and staff were great. The staff was always helpful. The last night of our stay there was a large family that cam in the were loud that night. The girls on the desk took care of the noise. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that took care of the guests like family.

I would highly recommend this hotel!! From the moment we walked in the staff were friendly and so kind. The hotel was clean and quiet. My family will definitely stay here again.

We had an accessible room which was amazing because my mom is elderly & it helped her a lot. The room was good & spacious, but there were some minor issues. The toilet plugged and I had to ask for a plunger. The ironing board was broken. And one of the corner molding was half way off. The staff was great. One of your front desk agents, she is a Caucasian lady with glasses, I believe she moved here from Arkansas, she was amazing! She made us feel welcomed & like family. She made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, our trip was great and we are looking forward to staying there when we come to St. George again.

Our stay here was great! Easy check in, they even messaged me after I was in my room to make sure that everything looked good and if I needed anything which I thought was extremely thoughtful. The lobby was my favorite part because it’s very family/kid friendly with games and seating to hangout with friends. We will definitely stay here again!

Well first for the price I paid and getting an ADA unit was annoying I have 3 kids and didn’t have a bath tub, our room smelt weird like this odor smell, then the fan that doesn’t work was making all kinds of noises from the wind outside.

My wife and kids loved this place. Especially the pool table. We had so much fun!! They told me this is the best place they have ever stayed.

Our kids loved the pool area, especially the cute popsicle hotline that you could call for free popsicles delivered to the pool. Such a cute idea! They also loved the pool table and kids games in the lobby. Our rooms couldve been a little bit cleaner, but overall this is a great spot for families!
