My family comes here every year for my nieces birthday! We are a large group and the Microtel is the best! They have a banquet room for the party and we sit by the indoor pool and visit while the kids swim. The staff is incredible. They are so friendly and accommodating!

Super clean room, very well supplied. Comfortable beds and pillows. A/C worked exceptional. My only problem was the remote didn't work...not to big of a deal. Just like when I was I kid, had to manually change the t.v. . Fuel,food(cracker barrel) next door. Easy off and on, for I-15

Starting with the positives, it was a very clean and nice looking hotel. The staff was very friendly and it was a breeze to check in and out. The negatives exceed the positives however, so for this cost it was absolutely not worth it and we won’t be staying again. The beds were insanely hard and we all have sore backs from our stay, and the pillows were insanely hard too. The second thing is the pool, this is not a very kid friendly hotel. The pool is teeny tiny and there is no hot tub. The breakfast was clean, but there isn’t much variety, and there was no hot food other than waffles. It was nice enough, but absolutely not worth it for the cost.

Was clean and quite and perfect for our family for one night. Kids were excited to swim in the winter in a somewhat heated pool.

My kids and I were in Springville for the weekend and wanted some place convenient. This place was clean, had comfortable beds, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the location is close to gas stations, restaurants, and the freeway. The breakfast was a little lacking (needed peanut butter, more fruit options, and something besides overcooked hard boiled eggs for protein). Otherwise, good place to stay.

We came to town for a family wedding. We found the hotel staff friendly and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again and can recommend this hotel.

It was a good overnight stop with an adequate continental breakfast. I wish one of the dry cereals had been Raisin Bran but they were allo geared towards children. It looks new and was very clean.

The overall was very good. The breakfast was choice of cereal, toast mini muffin or stand in line with the kids for a waffle. The protein was hard boiled egg. Not my type of breakfast.
