Hotel needs a makeover. Front desk was good. Lots of kids running around. One was running up and down the hall banging on doors

I have always loved these hotels and prefer them over others for business and family trips. But this location spoiled the entire impression of the previous experience.

This was a terrific place to take kids. We swam, we had a great breakfast, we swam again. They were careful to take care of us.

The property is near a shopping mall and Sams club. It appears pet friendly as their was someone with a large dog. Someone also brought their motor bike inside with them during their stay. I didn’t notice if there was proper accommodations to lock it up outside or not. The evening check-in staff were friendly. The morning front ended manager completely the opposite. She was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. We checked in late one night and realized one of the beds was caved in. The phone in my room was broken and I was alone with a toddler, so unable to do anything about it immediately. The next morning went to give my toddler a bath and the shower curtain was missing and the shower head was spraying water while off when the bath water was running. Afterwards I headed downstairs and went to ask for a new room and was told no rooms were available. The maids were starting to clean rooms and all had children inside of the rooms they were cleaning. And even had a teenager vacuuming for their parents. I packed up my things and left the hotel. I filed a complaint with choice hotels. Only then after I had booked a hotel room for the night at another hotel was I contacted and told a new room was made available. I had a 3 night reservation. And was refunded for none of the nights. I did end up using the last night in the new room as it was just a few minutes from the airport and we had a 6am flight. Extremely disappointed and I have no plans of returning in the future.

The staff and room itself I was very satisfied. I didn't sleep very well, the bed was very comfortable but I could hear every noise possible. Doors slamming, kids running up and down the hallway and the people above me. It really doesn't fall upon the hotel itself other than if the rooms were more soundproof it would have helped.

There were loud children running through the hallway from 8 to 10 PM and making prank phone calls. I called the front desk and she said she would take care of it but the raucousness persisted. The breakfast was terrible. The omelettes were cold. Even the so called bold coffee had no flavor and they did not have half and half, just sugary coffee creamer.

The air conditioning unit in our room was so loud, during the night we had to finally shut it off. The small fridge kept making this gurgling sound also during the night, and that too we had to shut off. You can hear every noise up and down the hall, door slamming, the occasional dog barking and kids running back-and-forth screaming. The breakfast area was so small that only about a half a dozen tables are available. The front desk staff was quite nice though and gave us extra towels since we were shorted some in the room

Older property but the rooms seemed updated and clean. It has a funky bathroom layout. Sink is open to the room so no privacy there. Pocket door to shower and toilet area was very noisy, as was the toilet. Shower was ok, it's curved so not alot of space to put shampoos and soap. We were all family so the privacy issue wasn't so bad. We did not spend alot of time there so it was fine for us.
