Our room was spacious! We loved the fact it had a small kitchenette! It was great as we ate in every night. We also loved the curtain that seperated the main bed from the couch bed as we could put our babies to bed without too much light interfering with them. Coin op laundry was a win for us as well the heated pool. Very easy to get in and out and Walmart is literally right behind the hotel!

When we got to the hotel, the staff was talking badly about other customers they helped before us. They proceeded to finish the convo before they helped us while we stood there too. The room was nice and cool. The couch was stained a bunch and the lamp shades too. Kinda gross. Especially for the price of the room. Over all it wasn’t terrible though! The parking situation isn’t very nice. We had to park around back and as a mom tracking with kids alone, it wasn’t very comfortable, especially with the kind of people behind there.

First we like staying at Homes2Suite when we travel. We’ve stayed at this one in Sugarhouse a few years ago and it was great. This time it was disappointing. Run down and very dirty room. The bathroom door lock was broke and they said they would look at it but didn’t. Therefore the door would slide partially ope. When you were in the bathroom. Weird when you have your family staying in one room. The bed covers were stained and looked gross. The couch cushion and chair were stained. The carpet needed shampooed. It felt sticky if you walked bare feet on it. To top it off we only had the toilet paper that was on the roll. When we ran out the second day we asked for another and they ran out!! The whole hotel was out! They said another shipment would come that afternoon and we could use tissue until then. We already were but seriously. TP shortage at a hotel is not cool. Maybe it’s just the poor management at this particular Homes2Suite, but I’ll still stay at others. Staff was nice though so there’s that.

My family and I enjoyed our stay and loved all of the amenities offered. The hotel is very family friendly. Accommodating and the included breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious enough for my family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Beds were comfortable and blankets were everything! The only complaint I have is that on Sunday we were watching NFL football in our room around 7pm and received a call from guest services and they called to say that the neighbor was complaining because our cheering was making their dogs bark?! It is not quiet time hours and this is what we, as a family, do on Sundays. So my question for management is: is the hotel a dog hotel? Or is it for guests? I found it extremely ridiculous that I was being asked to not enjoy football because dogs are barking. I would assume that the comfort of guests would be priority over dogs. I am a dog owner myself. The idea behind the hotel is “A home away from home”, but it was laughable to get a call from guest services about this and given the time. Guest comfort should be #1. That situation really dampened the last night and this uncomfortable feeling settled in for my family and I.

This was my first stay in a Home2Suites. I found it very nice - clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet. The breakfast had a great selection of offerings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will most likely be staying here again for an extended period of 1-2 week sometime in the next month so I can help my daughter with her new baby.

It was good do the most part. Our ac/heat unit was rattling and made it hard to sleep and it could have been a bit cleaner, the handles on the kitchen drawers ans cupboards were sticky and dirty, but the bathroom was nice and clean, it was just that the bathroom door didn’t lock. Would be really nice to have smart tvs as majority of hotels do now, but we made it work. We loved how much storage and counter space there was, so nice not to have luggage sprawled out all over the floor. The location was great, nice views too. Right by Walmart and gas station too if you need anything. Customer service was great, staff was friendly and helpful. The carts for luggage carriers were in pretty bad shape so it was kind of difficult, but we made it work. The breakfast buffet was good, nice selection. My kids wished there was a couple more waffle irons as those are always a favorite and seem to be a hit with others so there was a wait to get a waffle.

Don't use the luggage carts! They have sharp broken metal by the areas you push. Stopped my child right before he grabbed the metal! The beds are like cardboard and the blackout shade did not close all the way, and that would typically not bug me, except this room was on the back of the building and unfortunately faced the side of a Walmart with big bright lights on the building that go all night long. On my first spoon of oatmeal my mouth was cut open by the spoon. I took it to the front desk. I told the older gentleman that it needed to be thrown away because it cut in my mouth. All he said was "oh okay" and took it from me. On our third and final night my alarm was set for 7 AM and my family ended up being woken up at 3:30 AM to a street sweeper cleaning the parking lot right outside the window for over an hour. At this point we packed up and left at 6 AM. Upon checkout I stood at the front desk fro ten minutes waiting for someone. I finally started writing a note that we were checking out when clerk decided to come from behind a wall where he had to have heard me say hell multiple times. I told him we were checking out and I got a "Okay thanks"!. I called Hilton to complain. I was told they would reach out to me. When I checked days later I was told the hotel called me I did not have a voicemail on a number I've had for 15 years. Not true!! Overall no one ever took the time to talk and I was offered a $100 credit to use at Hilton. Like I would stay here again! I declined!
