I could not tell if the place is new or remodeled. Either way I love the space with a 6 person family. 1 room had 2 double beds with a bi-way full bathroom and the primary bedroom had a king with attach nice size bathroom. Sofa bed in the living room to finish out the rooms. My kids loved the space and they want to rent this type again on every trip.

This was fantastic for our family of 6! We were able to easily get around Moab and access Arches National Park.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment, perfect for a family stay with two kids. Modern and well appointed with everything needed in the kitchen so we could take a break from restaurants on our 2 weeks sightseeing vacation. The kids loved the pool (that was always very busy and full of kids). The property provides the pool towels (in the apartment), bug spray and all that is needed to use the appliances inside the apartment (dishwashing powder, laundry detergent, sponge etc). Overall a very pleasant place to stay. I regretted that the view was to the parking lot. We also had a major issue at check-in. We booked for 4 nights (prepaid via expedia) and when we checked in, they only had us for 1 night. It was very late (midnight) so I did not pay attention and they also did not verify with us. We only found out the next morning as they repeatedly tried to call on the apartment phone (could never figure how to answer it) and knocked on the door. I talked with them after they called on my cell phone but they could not resolve on the phone, and I had to go to the front desk and it took them a while to sort it out. Supposedly, the "computer" changed our reservation to one night at 9am the day we were going to check-in. Hmmm. Sounds like human change to me.

Very comfortable 2-bedroom apartment for a family of 4 adults. A kitchen and washing machine is a plus for a sweat day and sunset hiking

The Moab Resort was amazing! We got a complimentary upgrade to a suite; it was basically a full condo. After a long vacation of sharing small hotel rooms as a family, this was a wonderful space for us to spread out and relax. The pool and hot tub were great, and it was only minutes from Arches NP.

We really tried to like this resort. The first time we stayed they were short staffed, service was long and subpar, and many of their accommodations were down. The people staying above us ran around their room all night and were insanely noisy (I understand this wasn’t the resorts fault, but they did not respond to any noise complaints). We decided to give them another try a year later. Booked our room several months in advance. Made our long trip all the way to Moab. Arrive only for the resort to tells us our reservation was cancelled. We were never notified of the cancellation, and it took a week to get a refund. The front desk associates were short and unaccommodating when we were trying to find another location to host our family. After these attempts to only be disappointed, we will not be booking here in the future.

Staff all nice, but u could tell it was the beginning of the season as there were some things that they didn't seem to know how to do with the cash register, etc. Overall it was a fabulous place to stay with a family. The condos are so nice and the pool is top notch. Barbecue grills, laundry in the rooms, playground for The kids, Breakfast included. So many pluses. It's one of my favorite places I've stayed in Moab.

Will definitely stay here again. Cost effective for a family of 5 where kids no longer want to share beds. Nice to have two bathrooms to offset the long baths my daughter takes. I don’t mind not having daily housekeeping. Really close to Arches.

Second time in Moab and second time at this resort. As a family of 4 with 6 year old twins, we need space when we are at a hotel. This hotel offers it. We were there the 1st week of January to visit Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. There were very few people and we got upgraded to the Presidential Suite. Love this hotel!
