I always check my room over before we unpack anything. When I opened the bottom drawer, just behind it was a package of Sudafed pills that expired in 7/21. The most disturbing thing was when I looked under the bathroom vanity. It was disgusting! There was grime, pubic hair, dirt, candy and a syringe filled with liquid! You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I politely went to the front desk and explained the seriousness of the syringe and medication. Luckily, a few days before, we stayed in a different hotel with our grandkids, who crawl all over the place. The lady was very understanding and apologetic. But when the head housekeeper came in to remove the needle, she didn’t apologize and continued to blame a new housekeeper who might not have known to clean under the vanity. It is the head housekeepers responsibility to train the new hires, and double check those rooms, and she had not looked under there for months. I tried calling the manager, but I couldn’t get through to anyone and couldn’t leave a message. I never received a call back. We usually really like this particular hotel. But the one in Moab was not up to par and I don’t think we’ll stay there again. I tried to upload photos, but this site said they were too large. Hmmmm

This was a great place to stay after a really hot day at Arches National Park. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, beds were comfortable, ice machine was appreciated. Pool was a little small but my kids still had a great time in it. Dinner Suggestion: eat at the food truck court nearby...fun for the kids and everyone gets what they want

The room was spacious which was perfect for our family. We have a small infant and the couch area helped with middle of the night feedings etc. without disturbing everyone sleeping. The couch itself was in rough shape. Very deformed cushions and had hair stuck to it on the upholstery. Creaked every time we sat down and the cushions caved in. The door of the bathroom scraped against the floor every time you opened or closed it and that was so loud. The toilet seat cover was also disconnected from the toilet. But the sheets were clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel is very close to the entrance of Arches and only 40 minutes to Canyonlands.

This is the first time I've ever did a review for a hotel. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Moab. The room was one of the nicest I've ever stayed at. My kids lived the extra coach in the room.

We stayed in a family suit and were very pleased for the price. It exceeded expectations. And the breakfast was decent with different warm options each day.

Check in was super fast, but the lobby tv was super loud and playing a no-so-family- friendly show that I did not appreciate my children being exposed to (southpark). Room and bathroom appeared clean. Front desk man (overnight) was super helpful. Laundry facilities were very pricy (2.50 to wash, 2.50 to dry) but available and got my kids clothes clean. Breakfast was your standard waffles, toast, prepackaged muffins, cereal, yogurt and oatmeal. Also bacon and eggs. Lots of sugar and processed food. We would stay again!
